They were very considerate and laid a tarp on all the floors to minimize trash or dirt on the floor. Brandon came over very considerate to my needs and "did not" try to up sale me on other services that others do such as installing new venting when it is not really needed. They pulled the permit in Downey, CA and it easily passed. He communicated with me every step of the way. The receive 5 stars from me!"

"The new system was installed in less than a week. The install crew was superb -- on-time, organized, professional, clean (all of my floors, furniture etc. were carefully protected with floor covers and plastic. When the crew was finished they vacuumed and made certain all work areas were clean). I live in a condo complex and the air conditioner compressor is located on the roof and they needed to use a crane to remove the old compressor and install the new one, needless to say I was a bit worried but it went smoothly and took less than thirty minutes to complete the process. At the end of the entire install, Willy the crew supervisor carefully showed me how my system worked (they use NEST thermostats) and it couldn't have been easier to learn. I love the fact that I can adjust my heating and air conditioning using my iPhone when I am away from home. He also showed me how to change the filters and made helpful suggestions for maintaining my system. I appreciated that Laura followed up with me at the end of the day and a week later to make certain I was happy with the system and to see if I had any questions or concerns relating to how to use the thermostat, etc. Also, Southland Heating and Air Conditioning helped to locate an independent HERS inspector and to coordinate with the city to schedule a final inspection by the city. Truly, I haven't had such an outstanding experience with any other type of contractor, or service company. From start to finish this is a First-Rate company. Most importantly, though I love the new HVAC system!"

"Brian arrived on time and patiently explained to us the complete process and what and why he would be doing certain steps. He did an excellent job working to clean the dryer duct, which was blocked. "The technician arrived on time, was extremely professional and very patient taking time to answer my questions regarding what I should be doing as a homeowner to maintain my system. <br /> He started by sticking his head in the opening of my attic to look at the ducts & assessed what could/should be replaced. Then he inspected my AC unit, assessed its age and "state", opened the electrical panel to review the wiring, checked the refrigerant/flow and explained the basics of maintenance. We ended up going inside to look at the air filter and while their he conducted a similar inspection on my furnace. While my AC was running he used a surface thermometer to read temps at several of my registers. He took the time to explain how to clean my coil with a hose from the outside of the condenser and to take care not to use too high pressure. <br /> In the end he made suggestions feel genuine and not like some high pressure sales tactic. "Technician David came out today and provided EXCELLENT service on our central AC/heating unit. He was very professional, courteous, quick and super knowledgeable. I learned so much about how the heating system worked. He installed a new package unit on our roof, new ducts throughout the house, and all new insulation. we are very pleased with the services provided from the right choice. thank you guys once again!"

"Bernie came out to give me an estimate an a complete air conditioner, furnace and ducting system and to relocate the new AC condenser to the side of the house. First impression he got here 10 min before the appointment, very friendly personable courteous and professional. Explained everything he is going to do, he gave me a killer price on the job, i said let&apos;s do it, later i changed my mind wanting a different brand name system he was very helpful and immediately changed my order didn&apos;t give me any attitude. Few days later they came back for the actual installation everything went butter smooth. They put tarps down to protect the carpet everything went without a hitch i totally trusted him on the work and i wasn&apos;t worried if something is going to be missing later. I would highly recommend this guy great customer service and great quality of work along with great prices."

"I am writing this review after a year because I wanted to test it out and provide an honest review. We replaced our AC unit with a new one with the help of NathanD. He was extremely professional and offered us the best price compared to all the other companies we considered. The installation process only took half a day, and they also installed a Google Nest for us. Additionally, they assisted in fixing our broken circuit board in the garage. Overall, the workmanship was excellent, and NathanD answered all of our questions. He even followed up with us after 2 months to check on our satisfaction.
