"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"In our first meeting, he inspected my furnace and the ductwork, gave me a price with several options, and gave me an install date. I accepted his bid and let him know which options I chose. He came on the day he said he would at the exact time he told me. About 3-4 hours later the furnace was in. I appreciate his expertise and advice on hvac and his commitment to his professionalism."

"Our A/C stopped functioning. They removed dust and debris from the coils in the 'inside' unit. They also cleaned the drainage hose that took condensation out. Unfortunately, they missed an overflow tray which filled up a few days later, overflowing above the ceiling of our living room. It soaked the plaster. We are still getting bids to fix it, but the bids are hovering in the ~$500-$700 range. VanderHyde was apologetic and fixed the problem promptly when notified, but the damage had been done. I think it was an honest oversight. But that oversight doubled the cost of the repair. I would still use them again.

"Kevan did a wonderful job cleaning the air ducts in my home. Very professional, prompt, clean and very personable. Highly recommend, will gladly refer him and will hire him again when needed."

"Right on time and service technician took the time to explain all the options for my HVAC system repairs. very reasonable for equipment and service."

"Zach was very helpful answering all of my questions about replacing my furnace humidifier. When installation day came, he was prompt amd professional."

"New installation went well. I was a little upset that only 50% was covered being that the unit was 19 years old. I'm sure that parts for something that old would be hard to find. Replacement was recommended."
