The unit is now working perfectly thanks to Steve's persistence. A bonus: Airco charged me for only a small portion of Steve's time from his initial visit. They ate the cost of his additional visits! These guys are golden.

"Atlantic Heating & Air Conditioning responded professionally and quickly to my call. A service technician diagnosed the problem and ordered the a new gas valve and two sensors. A second technician, replaced the defective parts and serviced the boiler. Both technicians performed their work in a very professional manner, identified the source of the problem and clearly explained what was needed. "Went great.  They provided a quote over the phone of $1,000.  Another
provider who came on site after them said it would cost $1,500 and would
not be an easy job.  NE tank service came on site at my request to
confirm the quote and they confirmed it would be $1,000 so I agreed to
the job and they scheduled it for later that week.  2 guys came out and
performed the task within 4 hours.  They moved the tank to the basement,
installed new pipe to the heater and installed the fill and vent pipes
to the outside.  Everything looked good and about as clean as it can in a
