"The repair went well. He was very efficient and overall he knew what he needed to do and he did it. We are very satisfied the service in all. He also helped us mount our thermostat on the wall. Just as a courtsey. But it was well appreciated."

"I have been a customer of Colony One Auto Repair for nearly 30 years. I have only received auto services that exceeded my expectation. I trust no one else to maintain my vehicles. Fair prices, diagnosis and repair along with a business that I can ask my non-mechanically inclined wife to take her vehicle to for service and be assured that the work performed was indicated and done correctly."

"Southbelt came out for a second opinion on a unit. The first company said it needed a new compressor which was going to be very costly. Matt fixed it with parts he had on the truck and the A/C was back to working. It was a very inexpensive repair and saved us a lot of money. We will continue to use Southbelt in the future."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"We have been using Wilson Mechanical for over four years now, and are so thrilled to have found them. Dave is the owner and is a great guy, who is always attentive and informative. He is knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Last  year we had a ceiling leak that we thought was related to our AC and Dave showed up within an hour of receiving my panicked call. Turns out it had nothing to do with our AC, but he helped us diagnose the problem anyways.

They have added vents for us, maintained our aging HVAC units, and rerouted ducts that were inefficiently run.

We have had several large and small repairs needed over the years and Wilson is our trusted AC/Heat company. It's hard to find good, trust-worthy people and Dave Wilson (and his crew!) is AMAZING.

So thankful to have found Wilson. :)"

"I had my air conditioning serviced for annual checkup and additional Freon was added during the service. My air conditioner has been efficiently working."

"The service was wonderful. The employee called ahead to give arrival time, was very professional, worked hard the whole hour, and did a fantastic job cleaning all the accumulated lint from the whole dryer system."

"Very well.  I have an old unit that is probably close to going out completely.  I called Chris on a Thursday, after 7:00 PM and coming home to an A/C unit that was blowing hot air.  I found Cucco's through another provider search company but I am glad I found him.  Other providers I have used in the past when I had a home warranty were not nearly as attentive, responsive, willing to answer to answer my questions, or as courteous - in fact, some of them were just down right rude! That was not the case with Chris. He went out of his way to explain his process and assure me that he was doing everything possible to ensure my A/C unit was being repaired to the best of his ability.  He even explained how my unit is not up to code, what it will take to get it up to code, and how to avoid costly repairs in the future. I will definitely call Chris again when the time comes to replace my unit and bring it up to code!

"A big thank you to the team of Ace Comfort, my AC wasn't working the way I want it to work but ever since the AC repair Company has rectified it. I am quite happy with its services. I would highly recommend them to friends and family as well. Amazing customer service !"

"The first estimator did not show up or call. The second went well and we accepted the bid on a Friday but made it made it clear that we did not want to go forward with the work until we met with their referral for the window repair. Nevertheless, the work was completed without our permission the following Tuesday, and we were not told when it was to take place. We paid the bill on Thursday. When it rained the next day (Friday) we could see that the leak was not correctly diagnosed and repaired. Since that time we have had numerous conversations with several different members of the company and been promised that the work would be made right. We eventually got diagnosis and action. Communication within the small company seems to be challenging."
