"I've hired Prudential Remodeling annually for the past three years for projects around the house and I plan to hire them again this summer - Kevin, Shannon, and their crew are honest, dependable, hardworking folks that are always a pleasure to work with. The guys demolished and removed the existing shed and built a new one about 1.5x the size from the ground up. They treated the build like a house - adding a Tyvek wrap around the exterior plywood and then sided and trimmed the shed to match the house. They even went so far as to find matching roof shingles, so it looks like a mini-version of my house in the backyard. I was very impressed. And as far as the deck refacing goes, that project went smooth as glass. At first, I thought the whole deck would need to be replaced, but Kevin went underneath and took a look at the structural components and he thought everything looked good. They added some lateral supports which tightened the deck right up and made it feel new again. Kevin gave me color options and pricing (I had no idea that the composite material cost was dependent on the colors chosen) - I went with a color scheme that matched the existing And the end result was better than I expected - basically every wood component directly exposed to the elements was either replaced or covered by composites. It just so nice knowing that I don't have to worry about splinters or painting that deck ever again."

Turn Key Construction did an amazing job as you can see in the photographs. The entire team were courteous and friendly, and patient of the many changes I made as the build was progressing. "We hired Todd for an extensive remodel of our home and couldn’t be more thrilled with how nice it turned out, how smooth the process was, and how helpful Todd was along the entire way. The project has been complete for a while, I am just now following up with a long overdue review. Downstairs Todd removed 2 walls including a staircase to create an open living space for us. Where the walls were removed, he installed 3 new support beams per the engineer’s design, and then wrapped them with rustic oak boards to make them look like original beams, and they turned out beautifully. He installed all new trim around the downstairs windows to match the rest of the house. Todd gutted our old kitchen and built an island for us, installing all new cabinets, crown molding, and the appliances. He even custom modified 2 drawers in the island so that we could conceal the electrical outlets behind part of the drawer panel but not lose the entire storage space of the drawer. He did such a great job with the drawer modification they look like they came that way from the factory. The entire kitchen turned out perfect. During the same remodel, we also hired Todd to combine 2 bedrooms into a new master suite. This involved removing walls, installing a beam, and installing new walls for the new master bathroom and closet. While the ceiling was opened up Todd noticed a drip coming from above on a rainy day, and after finding the source, he offered us a very reasonable price to replace a small section of siding to ensure we wouldn’t have any water issues. We are grateful he was so observant and willing to go the extra mile for us by fixing this issue that was not originally in our scope. In the new master bathroom the extensive amount of tile and the new glass shower enclosure that he installed couldn’t have turned out any nicer, all the lines were perfect. He took great care in his tile usage, minimizing waste with his cuts which we appreciated especially on the expensive tile he installed in a decorative strip. Todd was great to work with throughout the entire project and very professional day in and day out. Being such a large project, as it progressed there were several things we realized we wanted to add to the workscope while everything was opened up. Todd was very accommodating and gave us reasonable prices for each addition we threw his way. We appreciated his flexibility very much. Todd also helped us with various design considerations, and had some great ideas that helped us work with the engineer to get the upstairs beams laid out in a way that optimized our new space. He pays close attention to detail and worked hard to ensure we would be happy with the end result of the project. Overall Todd is a real pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him and the quality of his work."

We could not be happier with his work and character as a professional and person. He provides a line-by-line item SOW, down the cost of material for masks and gloves. As the SOW changed, Brandon continuously updated the document. He saved us some money numerous times as portions of the SOW were deemed unnecessary by either him or us. That is rare. Highly recommend Superior to anyone! It's like hiring family members to do the work, but the family members actually show up and finish! He truly has your best interests in mind regarding time of completion, requests, changes, and price."

"WE hired another contractor to perform the work. It was a mess. They were terrible so we fired them and hired Strong Point Restoration. He was referred to us from a friend who went through the same thing as us. We hired him and he came and did the work at an affordable price and the work was excellent. We had damaged walls that other companies told us to tear down and build a new wall, this guy patched and fixed the walls and saved us a ton of money. They look brand new. I cannot say enough about his work. I highly recommend him. If you are looking for this type of work, call him!!!!"

"The installation went smoothly as planned.  It took about a day + a little extra effort to get HomeLink to work.  The doors took about 1 month for delivery because we had ordered a custom color.

"It went very well actually.  We did have a delay caused by the cabinet manufacturer and a delay due to the city losing a permit request.  We found Peter to be honest, reasonable and trustworthy.  He's not a charmer.  He works rather than gabs but we were ok with that.  He did come back to adjust a 15" bank of draws that had dropped (became unlevel) on the shims in order to have the 1"x3" mosaic backsplash installed on the level.  I guess the true gauge of how good someone is is how quickly they respond when there is a problem and their demeanor.  He responded right away and was great about doing it.  He also came back at a later date to install the microhood.  Ours arrived damaged and we weren't sure we could exchange.  he offered to try and bang it out and install it rather than have us take a loss.  In the end, the manufacturer replaced it but Peter had to make a trip back a week later to install.  We found him to be very reasonable.
