Roof Coating & Sealing Contractors in Andover, MA

"Lou and his team did a great job on my chimney. They took before and after pictures. The quality of the work was outstanding. Lou searched all over to match my shingles, he insisted that he find the exact match and drove into Boston to find them which was way out of his way. Lou also came over at the end to inspect himself and make sure I was satisfied w the work!. I highly recommend Loy and his team for any home improvement projects you may have!!"

"Wandel and Carmen are WONDERFUL. They are my new "go-to-folks" for household gutter cleaning and other issues (power washing, decks, etc.)"

"I had leaky roof. Of 3 contractors who came to take a look, only Ramon from NMTI pointed out an uneven surface that seemed to be good place to look for an issue. I appreciate hearing specific ideas when there’s a problem, so we chose to work with NMTI. Sure enough, underneath the shingles on that section of roof, there was some water damaged and warped plywood. The NMTI team addressed that and re-flashed some skylights at the same time. The team was all very pleasant. They scheduled the job quickly, once we agreed on details and I would work with them again. Thanks, guys!"

"With all the snow we got this winter, I did wind up having an issue with an ice dam. I texted John and asked what could be done and he sent over two of his crew and a few hours later the snow was off the roof."

"Very pleased with the whole experience from start to finish including the office help when I called with questions!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone."

"Analysed and executed repair on chimney. Very professional, easy to work with and efficient. Will hire again."
