"He's always done great work. You know he'll do the work right when he comes out to do repairs. He won't charge you a huge amount. I would recommend him. If you text him he's very prompt with responding back."

"Air conditioning repair. Tim was a very knowledgeable service technician and he was able to advise on how to best approach my air conditioning issue. Explained everything thoroughly. Polite and respectful!"

"The service turned out pretty well. They completed the service within a day or two of me calling them, and I would use them again in the future."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"He is honest. There's something to be said for honesty. It's a family run business, but he does everything the right way. Some of the other providers give poor customer service or rip people off and can't get business in their local area and are moving into our area. Lennox is good stuff. He went all the way to Philadelphia just to get me a part."

"A couple of problems were encountered and quickly resolved. One of the sleeves was in bad shape and they replaced the grill without additional charge. They vacuumed the areas after finishing up. All the trash from the packaging was carried away by the crew. Very prompt and satisfactory service.

"I contacted Omar for the electrical installation(s) needed for our above ground pool. During my call he was very responsive and was even able to schedule to see me on the very same day of my call ?which was a plus!
He provided me with a detailed walk-through of what the entire project was going to need and was also able to provide me with  a fair and affordable estimate for the entire project.  ble
He and his assistant arrived on the Monday of the Memorial Day weekend (since we were open & available for this day) and they installed all of our electrical needs for our pool. They were a very courteous, professional and friendly team. Their service was wonderful and they did a spectacular job. We are very pleased!

We would highly recommend Ohms Electrical to anyone needing a professional electrician. We are definitely planning
to call him again and again for all of our next electrical projects!

 This company rates 5 STARS!!!"

"The company was available, courteous, and knowledgeable.  They scheduled someone to come to the house within two days.  The technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable.
They resolved all of our immediate needs and clearly explained options regarding wiring our house for a generator.  We lost power for more than a week twice in the two years we've lived in our home and, although we have a generator, there was no way to power the heating unit, the hot water heater, or the well pump as these are all hard wired into the electrical panel.
The technician explained that the best and safest way to provide power to our utilities during an outage was to provide a secondary electrical panel which would have services for the utilities and then provide an outlet to plug the generator into that would power these items.  The company provided a reasonable quotation for the services.
We were quite pleased with the services provided.

The representative should up timely and was extremely patient as he explained all the options available for resolving the problems with my AC unit. He reviewed all the regulations surrounding re-charging my unit with a specific type of Freon which depletes the ozone area and what steps should be taken to properly identify where the leak is occurring. Once that is determined, RupCoe can repair the cause of the Freon leak. The technician proceeded to access the roof top AC unit to add Freon and dye used to detect the leak, he returned to the unit to test the temperature via the vents. Entire process was completed within 1 1/2 hours, extremely efficient and thorough. Although RupCoe is costlier than other companies I researched, I was extremely satisfied with the service.

I would recommend RupCoe based on the service I received from the Technician.
