"It started off with requesting a quote through Best Air Quality and Restoration. The response time was great. The technician who showed up informed us in advance of his arrival, was very polite, followed Covid-19 safety protocols, was very thorough and did a great job. I also got the dryer vent cleaning which was the complete deal (going to the attic, removing the vent pipe and cleaning the debris). Some other companies claim they do dryer vent cleaning but only vacuum the dryer duct and do not perform the complete dryer vent cleaning which is more involved. "Jon, Jason, and the rest of the team at MoldGone are true professionals, and I wholeheartedly recommend them for mold remediation service. We had recently purchased a historic townhome in the Logan Circle neighborhood of DC which we knew to have significant mold issues. However, aside from a very obvious source in the sub-basement, we were not certain if/where other sources of mold growth were present in the home. Jon was very thorough on his initial visit, and used a moisture meter along with a keen eye to locate potential areas of mold growth behind drywall that another company's estimate had ignored.
