We were referred to Randy by another of contractor, called him and he promptly came in, gave us his bid, which we agreed to, and he immediately scheduled the work. On the day he was scheduled to start he arrived with Javier, the person who would actually perform the work. Randy got Javier started then left for most of the day and returned at the end to help with cleanup. Javier worked very hard, probably for around 11 hours, and was very good at his trade. I'm familiar with this process having done this work myself as well as watching other drywall professionals. The result was a quality job that fit perfectly into our schedule."

We agreed on what to do and he made the repairs in a very professional manner and in a reasonable amount of time (about 2 hours including going for parts). "Outstanding professional work........Richard Sarimana was our inspector. He did a very thorough inspection of our residence and furnished a detailed explanation and pricing information of what needed to be done. He ensured that there was a good understanding of the services. We are previous customers of Pacific Coast Termite (PCT) and were very satisfied with their work previously and decided to use them again. PCT called a day before our appointment to remind of our scheduled appointment and Richard called 15 minutes before his arrival at our residence. Richard had excellent customer service skills and exhibited those qualities which you would expect of your employees. The technician who came to our house was Ron. He called prior to arriving and upon arriving, walked me through all of the areas which needed work and thoroughly explained what he was going to do (termite and rodent work), how he was going to do it, why it needed to be done, and inquired if I had any questions. I could not have been more satisfied with his thoroughness. I subsequently referred PCT to other members of my family and fortunately, Ron also serviced their residences. My brother was equally impressed with the extensive work (termite and rodent work) performed by Ron and other PCT employees. With respect to my mother’s residence, when Ron completed his inspection prior to beginning work (rodent work) he told me that there was no work that needed to be done. As a result, the repair work which a previous PCT inspector had furnished did not have to be done and we did not have to spend any funds. Ron’s honesty is certainly atypical and worthy of recognition and a credit to PCT. Request Ron to be assigned as your technician………..you will not have any regrets as you will receive a thorough professional job coupled with an individual who has integrity. As a side note, if you have any questions re bowling, Ron is the go to guy......he gave me some bowling tips which I am anxious to try and hopefully, my scores will benefit."

"You'll have to search a while before finding someone as pleasant as Richard Blake. He and his son, John, are very friendly, personable people, and are willing to discuss and work with you on every detail of your project. The work they do is top notch, very clean, and thorough. They are willing to take care of things like picking up materials from the home goods store, taking delivery of items at the site, and hauling away all debris. They make the effort to cover furniture, walls, and flooring as they work, and they leave the area of work clean and as if they were never there. They are even willing to move furniture as necessary, and will make sure to do a walk-through to take care of any remaining items. I was going to be absent from my home while they were working, so it was important for me to be able to trust these guys. I would not only trust Richard in my home, I would trust him to watch my child (if I had one). <br /> The only complaint I have is that Richard under-estimated the time it would take to do my job. He said 2 weeks, and it ended up being 3. A little of that time was taken up by discovery of termite damage that was unexpected and needed to be repaired. And of course, delays are part of life. But there was no way they would have been done in two weeks even with out that delay, even though he continuously told me he would have it finished on time, up to the last day of the two week period. Because time was such a factor for me, I even had to eliminate one aspect of the project because I knew they wouldn't be able to finish. It's not that Richard is dishonest; I believe he wants to tell you what you want to hear, without fully thinking through all of the time-related implications. And then he is hesitant to come clean about the true amount of time it will take when he realizes there will be a delay, because he doesn't want to disappoint you. <br /> I would definitely recommend Paso Robles Handyman; his prices are good, his work is quality and he is a very pleasant, honest individual. I would only advise to press him on all the details of his schedule, and to add plenty of time to what he estimates. <br />"

"Terrific ! <br /> The company repaired my awning, removed concrete piers, set new concrete piers, set new 4x4 posts, painted awning, painted trim in the sunroom, painted the back fence, and did some plumbing service work. <br /> All the work was extremely well done, and all the employees with whom I spoke were highly knowledgeable and polite.   I am very pleased with the work.   I will call them again if I have any other work to be done. <br />"

"They were very courteous, professional, and quick.  My roof was leaked badly after the rainstorm.  I bought the deal for 199.00 from Angie's List. They showed up and after listening to the problems i described, they went to work right away and left.  Later they sent someone to evaluate the roof and provide an estimate for new installation.  The repair was done very quickly, so i was not certain that it was complete.  However, after that, we had two more rainstorms and there was no leaks at all.  I am very happy with their service."
