"just now True building Performance's crew did an incredible job for us. The project was to insulate our home. These guys showed up with cheerful attitudes and completed such an incredible and efficient job. From start to finish they were friendly and interacted with our family all while working in the project. The kids enjoyed watching them work. They cleaned up after themselves too which was a pleasant surprise . It was also great that we were able to get more done than we had anticipated. Originally we had elected to insulate upstairs only but we are able to completely insulate the entire house, downstairs being from the inside. They have plastic protecting their workspace from top to bottom. Joe, the lead contractor is so knowledgeable and incredibly acomodating. Paul Mendel the company's owner is the same way. A great company to do buissness with. We are just overwhelmed with gratitude and amazement at what a difference we are already noticing in the reduction of street noise from the cellulose insulation. I would Highly recommend True Building performance to anyone looking to seal air gaps and install insulation."

Correct Energy and especially Ray’s knowledge and experience were above and beyond. CE came out to assess and spent a generous amt of time explaining EVERYTHING. CE came when they said they would. "Everyone, from initial analysis to job completion, was professional, courteous, and exceptionally friendly within the constraints of the COVID19 situation. They did our job the day before lockdown and provided masks for themselves and us, even though the masks were not a recommended precaution yet. They did not over-promise any dollar amount savings; they only guaranteed that we would feel more comfortable or they would come back until we did. And we do. All the other insulating and heating measures we've taken - including a gas fireplace, new windows, thermal curtains and lots of rugs - never gave us the level of comfort that we have now. There have been a couple of minor issues regarding tape that didn't stick, and John was immediately responsive; at first porch-delivering a new roll of tape for us to try ourselves. When that didn't work, he scheduled someone to come by the next day to work on it, but for our safety and theirs, we asked him to hold off until after the lockdown is lifted. We have NO DOUBTS that John will do what he said he would. If Global Dwelling provided another service that we needed, we would not hesitate to hire them again."

"Mr. Mason answered his phone right away when I called on Saturday the 14th. He agreed to come out that day or the next to look at the work I needed done. I had a lot of snow and ice build-up on the roof of my home. He was prompt, friendly and accommodating. He gave me an estimate/typical fee range over the phone and told me he would be out to do the work on Tuesday the 17th. He arrived a day early with 2 other people and quickly and neatly removed the snow and ice. He also cleaned up after himself, as much as the nature of the work allowed. I am more than satisfied with his work. It's especially nice that he was able to accommodate me so quickly given the terrible weather we have had this winter.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Travis and his helper did an excellent job spraying foam insulation under the floor of a 16'x16' enclosed porch. Highly recommended. My personality is to ask a lot of questions to fully understand what the contractor is going to do. Travis was very knowledgeable, personable, and fully explained the type of foam (closed cell), how thick, and the probable dripping in a tight space. The distance from the joists to the ground varied between 15 to 20 inches. A tight space for equipment, spray, and people. They put a tarp down and managed to get in there to spray the foam. Given the tight space, there was some dripping (Travis explained why this would happen when he visited to make the quote). The tarp caught that, and they did a very nice clean-up removing drips from the visible cross beams. After they were done, I had to look underneath to tell that the foam was in place. The dripping issue was fully mitigated. I had obtained other quotes and Saratoga Cellulose & Foam was very reasonable. I believe Travis gets the foam directly from the manufacturer rather than at a local home improvement store."
