As a result, we needed to not only remove the pests and close up entry / access points but also to remove and replace the 30+ year old insulation in our attic. The spray-foam insulation install process went very smoothly. We had one minor electrical item that needed to be addressed in the attic while the team was prepping for the install and the team had an electrician onsite same day. We really appreciated the guys knocking out the install in a single day. Many thanks to Josh Gilbert, Josh Francis, Colton Brake, Alex Moulton, and Dylan King. They laid down heavy plastic to protect all of our hardwood floors and cleaned up when they finished. I've posted several pics to show before and after. "The contract session was with Stephan Boyer. He was very through and informative. We knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Chris Renda and his crew showed up as promised. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !
