Afterwards there was immediate noticeable improvement the temperature within house being more even and i expect energy saved to be significant. "After 3 weeks of phone calls and reminders, an inspection was done, and we were told that Dubo no longer works with GAF products, so the only solution was a new roof with zero credit from the last roof. Despite the shingle rating of 30, their warranty only lasts 5 years. We found another roofer that is willing to repair their work for much less. And they pointed out that the previous roofer (Dubo) had done some out of code work in their installation."
