"While the final work was acceptable it was NOT done correctly the first time. My husband crawled under the house to inspect the work after they left saying the job was completed. They didn?t go up the far side of the wall at all - note that this would not be visible from just viewing from outside entrance to space. It was also not taped/secured to the walls. This is very concerning and I wonder if this shoddy work happens frequently. If you decide to go with this company I suggest you personally inspect or pay an independent person to inspect for you."

"I was promised excellent work for the money I pay. The product I received is barely satisfactory. The windows are new, but that is the only good thing about them. The alignment of window parts is very poor, the UV film inside the windows has bubbles, screws are sticking out of the inside frame, caulking is uneven. Scheduling service made every effort for me to never meet with the team, even when I said I don't feel safe if they come to my house without me. The President of the company, Gerry Rogers, is not responding to my emails after giving me a call and saying that they take every customer's satisfaction seriously. Seriously? It has been ten days since I sent him an email and still waiting for the response."

"Was given dates 6/15 - 6/19 and the work was completed by 6/17. Everything was done professionally the workers arrived by 8:30 each day and completed their days work by 5, and I am more than satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism. If I had any questions they were addressed within a reasonable amount of time. I received my quote for the work by email which was great I paid the first half of the payment up front on that same email, and when the work was complete I received an email and the remainder of the total cost was transacted on that email. I would recommend them highly!"

I assume they get the warrantee parts for free that why they refuse to get something local. I even offered to have it picked up and was told they would not do that. "I contracted ARS Rescue Rooter about 2.5 years ago to replace my existing HVAC system with a new unit My contract clearly states that the new system would be covered for all parts and labor for 10 years a a week later it was evident the unit did not have sufficient capacity to cool my TH. countless calls over the following 5 weeks, under threat of a law suite, ARS agreed to replace the unit with a more powerful. 2 weeks later they finally sent in two techs who removed and installed a different unit that seemed to work okay. later, I detected a gas leak emanating from my attic where the HVAC is installed. After several calls they finally sent a tech who insisted to charge me for covered work under my warrantee. Eventually, ARS waved charges. now the thermostat is dead, once again ARS said they'd charge me, I asked to have a manger/owner call me and confirm the work is covered before sending a tech. once again ARS said they'll charge me This is a dishonest company with horrible service "
