"This is a copy of my email sent to them 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard back from them ? I wanted to share my feedback from my experience with The Drying Company. 1/ KNOWING YOUR PRODUCT The salesman assured me that they would be able to spray foam on existing insulation (Ceiling + Wall) because they have the best foam. When I asked him a second time, after another company told me that it would not work, he reassured me that it will work. So I signed with them. And when your technicians came on site, it did not work. BUMMER 2/ RECHARGING A LIFT => BEING EFFICIENT I provided a scissor lift for the technicians. And after working the whole day, they did not plug the lift in to recharge overnight. So when they arrived around 8 o'clock on Friday they could not work. 3/ CLEANING => DOING A NEAT JOB After the work was completed: The trash can was left full inside the warehouse. (See picture attached). The plastic protection was rolled up and dropped outside the warehouse alongside the dumpster (See picture attached). I have drops of spray foam on the drywall which was painted the week before they started the work & a BIG CHUNK above the restroom. (See picture attached). I am sorry but this is not acceptable. For a $35,000 job, I expected more professionalism. Even from the first day, when we had to unload your products from the truck, things were not as expected. I will not be recommending The Drying Company."
Unsealed porous foundation walls. Efflorescence has grown along the outside walls.
Plastic is laid out to protect the freshly pained walls and floor.
Open vents in the foundation walls allow outside air and moisture to infiltrate the crawl space, increasing the relative humidity and allowing mold spores to thrive inside.
Spray foam application in progress on warehouse walls.
The dirt floor is exposed, which will allow the moisture from the earth to rise uncontested into the crawl space, adding to the increase in relative humidity.

"Excellent. The service team that performed the job were very professional. They actually made some last minute modifications to the design that improved the overall appearance of the project. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for gutter repair or replacement."

"Jason and Alex were on time and the job went well. Completed in approximately 5 hours. Jason explained why some equipment differed from the contract (provided part fit better into existing duct work). Jason noted that the internal components were the same. My wife and I purchased a mid priced unit. The price below reflects an approximate cost. The sales representative (Randy) wanted us to decide relatively quickly noting that now was a slower time for their crews. Working with Scott, Randy adjusted the quote. We had already received one other quote (liked the rep there) so we knew the Rescue Rooter proposal was competitive (even if we did not get truly a break). Our existing system was failing so we wanted to move forward. Jason and Alex explained what needed to be done to maintain the system and how to work the new thermostat. We purchased through Home Depot."

"We used Affordable Crawl Space Care for vapor barrier and insulation in our crawl space. We had an excellent experience in all regards. The installation was done well, completed in a timely manner and for a fair price. The owner was knowledgeable, professional and the process was efficient. I am giving the highest recommendation."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"I have used A&J before, for various projects around the house and yard. This time was primarily for installation of hardwood floors. This involved tearing out all the old carpet and hauling it away; cutting and laying down new hardwood flooring, installing new in-floor electric outlets, adding serge protectors for additional electrical connections, as well as installing carpet on the stairs. A&J always does a great job. The employees are trustworthy, dedicated, and masters of what they do. I have never had to make a complaint and I trust the staff to do an excellent job. They have an exemplary work ethic, arriving on time and working hard and steadily all day. They always leave the site clean and free from debris, even when planning to return the next day. They work quietly, are pleasant and friendly, and very clever about making allowances for houses with perhaps not the best construction, such as walls that are not at exactly right angles. Many times they have had to come up with creative ways to get around shoddy construction of an older house. They make every effort to be careful when moving furniture and put everything back as it was when they are finished.  I love the way the hardwood floors brighten up my house.
