We bought an old butchertown house from the 1800s, and they came out right away and evaluated the whole home for us.  In the end they determined that the existing spray foam was more than we needed (didn't even charge) and had a lot of recommendations for subcontractors that we did need for other projects.  Could not believe we found a contractor who didn't try to upsell us or rip us off.  I know friends that used them for spray foam and raved.  I cannot recommend them strongly enough.  "

"Amazing! Anthony and his team were very professional. I had received an estimate a few days before and Anthony gave the best presentation. On the day of the job Anthony and his team were on time, even though it was 10 degrees outside. Anthony explained everything that was going to happen and immediately started insulating my attic. Anthony noticed my front door did not have a weather proof strip so he just installed one without asking...awesome! I was in awe of the job as Anthony put 10 inches of R30 insulation and against all the walls going up over a foot he installed insulation. During the job his team made sure my home was free from insulation particles by vacuuming three times. My home was cleaner than when they started. I would highly recommend Anthony as he is very professional and cares about his clients."

"It went pretty well. They were much less than the other quality foam insulator in town. My energy audit showed that they did a good job sealing my attic. There is one spot that wasn't fully sealed so I will have to take care of it with a can of spray foam from Big Box (so, not a large spot) and they spray foamed over my shut off valve for the back yard water faucet :-( but otherwise, they did what they were hired to do. I am satisfied."

He showed me how we could gain even more efficiency at my house with additional insulation. He showed me what kind of duct work needed to be done to bring my in-laws' house up to normal operation. "A different well-known heating and cooling company in the area had told us that to fix the ductwork gap, we would need to do Aeroseal which would be in the $1,000 to $2,000 range. We wanted a second opinion since we only knew of one gap and the other solution seemed excessive. Production came out, found only that one gap and said that they could repair it with tape, but that we could go to the hardware store, pick up some ductwork tape, and seal it easily ourselves. Thank goodness we called them for a second opinion! It saved us thousands of dollars on an unnecessary service. We're going to use Production to do the annual tune-ups on our heating and cooling equipment. We feel confident that they won't try to sell us on products or services that we don't need."

"As part of removing the brick wall, Masonry Craftsman Joe Kreger carefully sawed the ends of both the south-facing and north-facing brick walls to match the new siding. The most critical part was creating a waterproof transition from the first story shingled roof to the vinyl siding. Repair Specialist Edgar Cordova removed the topmost row of shingles all the way across the roof. Then he sawed out an approximately ten inches wide strip of the underlying Oriented Strand Board (OSB) all the way across the wall; replacing this with new OSB. Next he over-lapped the existing roofing felt with a new layer (extending well up the wall) of “Snow Parrish felt, sealing all the seams. He then placed a row of new shingles. Finally he formed and installed a continuous sheet of flashing from the front (south) side of the house to the back (north) side; carefully caulking all the edges. Finally the siding was deftly mounted over the top edge of the flashing and all the way up to the top of the gable. Each step was very carefully executed and the result is a very attractive, water-proof wall. A few of the bricks of the north-facing brick wall needed to be replaced. Masonry Craftsman Joe Kreger returned for this touch up. His work is a perfect match to the existing wall and he artistically matched a décor feature used at each window by the original mason. We were continually reminded to call, by each crew chief, if we had any need for additional work to complete the job to our total satisfaction. My opinion: You can pay more, but you cannot buy better workmanship."
