"Work went well. Crew arrived when scheduled and on time. Seemed very professional, friendly, and conscientious. They showed me what they were doing and how the piers would be installed. I gathered 5 quotes for the job and they were the most professional/competitive of everyone I spoke with and I was not disappointed. Only minor complaint would be that it seemed the grading on the back fill was left a bit high. I was told it would settle, but I doubt it will settle that much. Not a big deal--I would still highly recommend them."

"We found Beams a great company to deal with. Wes, the owner met with us to clarify all details and was accommodating . The price was very fair considering the extend of work done. Brad Rigney is fabulous to work with. We had some tricky issues with metal fabrication on the roof and it went off without a hitch. The crew was always professional and kept the worksite clean. The job took a bit longer than expected but all in all a great experience. We will use them again.

"Bill Parsons and an associate came out the same day I called.  I had already contracted with another company to do the repair work, but needed a painter for afterwards and was interested in the Tex-Cote that I'd heard advertised.  I asked him to prepare separate estimates for both the repair and painting, which he did within 24 hrs.
The estimate for repair was very competitive with the previous contractor; actually, about half the cost, so I do wish that we had gotten in touch with Parsons in the summer when we were getting estimates.   The estimate for painting is significantly higher than other estimates we had received, but comparing regular paint with Tex-Cote is like apples and oranges. The Tex-Cote is guaranteed to last for as long as we own the house, so could well be worth the added expense.
We are going to honor our commitment for repair work to the previous contractor, but will consider having Parsons apply the Tex-Cote in the spring when the temperature is conducive to painting.

My husband and I did all the trim work, wainscoting, and light fixtures. Someone else installed the flooring. They were finished in three weeks time.
