"I was plagued with recurring ice dams in a few areas of my roof. After investigation, it was discovered that the insulation in a few visible areas was sub-par. Roland came in and quickly spotted the problem areas. He assured me that the could fix these problems immediately. He used a combination of rearranging existing batts, blown-in fiberglass and spray foam to seal the attic space, over the course of two visits. He's extremely personable and always called me back or answered the phone right away."

"We had a great experience working with MA Design & Construction. They care about their work and make sure the customer is happy. We recently wrapped up several projects with them – kitchen and half bath remodel, new flooring, adding new recessed lights, new fireplace hearth and painting all of the first floor and stairwells going up and downstairs. From the beginning, both Marc and Raquel were super responsive, often within minutes and many times well outside of business hours. They listened to what we wanted and Raquel, Marc and their tile guy all offered wonderful suggestions that we did not think of. The initial estimate was accurate and within reason. We wound up going a little over because we needed a new sub-panel installed and decided to go with upgraded countertops. This was not because of any inaccurate forecasting. The team was organized and cleaned up every day. On top of everything, they finished the work earlier than we expected! We are very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to work with them again."

"I called these folks to get a quote on removing vermiculite from an attic. They were pleasant and prompt. They informed me about the Zonolite Attic Insulation Trust which can, provide significant reimbursement for the removal and took and sent in a sample to get tested to see if it qualified for reimbursement. All of this before I even got an estimate. When I asked them about some mold they were gracious enough to suggest I find a firm that could do both and suggested a contractor. In the end I didn't use these folks based on comparison quotes but based on their professionalism, honesty, and knowledge I'd highly recommend them to anybody that needs this kind of work."

"We started out by asking Mike to work on the insulation of our sizeable attic.  We have contacted different insulation companies but Mike was the only one who took the time and effort to come up with an idea that could bring the attic closer to a finished space.  He explained every step with us and he was very patient to answer all our questions.  Mike and his crew were meticulous in sealing the work area to prevent any dust from entering the living and dining room, which we really appreciate!  Throughout the work, Mike has kept us posted of the progress everyday.  We were never in the dark.  We were so impressed by the work done in the attic that we decided to hire them for a few other things and all the results were equally satisfactory.  Mike is a great guy to work with--he was always responsive even though he had many projects.  He treated his clients as if they were their only client.  He never forgot a thing you mentioned to him. "We have had a great working relationship with Green Valley Construction and all the workers brought into our home. Our basement had been totally gutted and in a raw state. Matt of Green Valley listened and responded to our wishes for a basement remodel. He was sensitive to the multiple changes and challenges that are required in creating a multi uses space. Matt responded to our calls in respectful and always timely fashion. Matt and his crew framed the of a hoped for workshop and a separate family space. The cellar was then insulated, superb lighting installed, upgraded electrical service managed with the town and challenging plumbing alterations completed. The family space needed and received customized storage in multiple areas. Matt and his crew created a beautiful full tile bathroom, and tiled shower in a laundry area that had previously not existed. A mirrored barndoor, vinyl flooring and perfection painting throughout made this a centerpiece of our home. We no longer dread going to the basement. The basement now has two busy crafting seniors playing with energized grandchildren. The transformation has been amazing. We are so grateful to Matt's wise direction and selection of subcontractors that made our vision come alive."

"I had gotten very busy and had to reschedule once or twice- they were very flexible and accommodating. Also, they got very busy, they were trying to finish up some outside jobs and The owner explained that it was going to be at least 3 weeks. He let me know right a way if that didn't work for me, they could refund me the cost asap. I appreciated his honesty and his desire not to tie up my money. They came to look at the job, 3-4 weeks after our phone conversation. There were 2 guys- they were thorough as they looked and took some measurements. They were also on the phone with the owner. I told them what I thought and what I was trying to figure out. I was told they would have to get back to me with the estimate and other particulars, and that was fine. My situation changed and I couldn't actually put in the time to deal with such a job regardless of what they told me. But the owner told me the job was bigger than I thought- they could do some repairs, but it wouldn't be sufficient with the amount of damage- and it would definitely take more that 8 hours, probably 3 weeks. I didn't have that kind of time or money, and asked for a refund. I had to go through Angie's list Refund Process, but it was okay and it took a while, but it was done. A week or two later the owner called to see if I got my refund and just to follow up and check in. I really appreciated his follow up. He emphasized that he wanted me to be satisfied either way. That's what I call GREAT Business."

We were very satisfied with the timeline of this remodeling and staying within our scheduled timeframe was a plus for us in order to open our business within our desired opening date.
