Jeff gave price we agreed and were told someone would be out in week or two. next day guy came out and did the work. couldn't ask for better action. told roof would last 4 to 5 years and that was a pleasant surprise as every one around us having new roofs ."

"Very pleased with end result. Haley Hahn's Ron Prince has many years of experience and was very knowledgable, responsive and helpful. The new gutters (with leaf guard) & downspouts are high quality, attractive and fairly priced. Installation took about two days and went very smoothly. Unlike so many others, they did a good clean-up job when finished although I did have to bring a few areas to their attention. My only disappointment was ... they would not repair very minor facia board damage (from squirrels) in two areas despite my willingness to pay extra. However, I would use them again and have already recommended them to a close friend."

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. "I would highly recommend Pro Plumbing - My AC went out on a Monday, and I called another person who serviced it in the past on Tuesday - never received a call back until Wednesday evening. By that time, I called Pro Plumbing on Wednesday morning - Joshua Clayton was out to my house by 2 pm - was able to get me set up for the next day with a full system. By Thursday at 8:15 am - Shaun Roberts and Bryan Jones were at my house removing my old unit and installing a brand new more efficient unit. They spent over 8 hours making sure everything was set up correctly and up to code. I could not be more appreciative for their professionalism. They spent probably more than 4 hours up in my attic making sure everything was easy to get to and set up correctly. The only con on this whole process was price. It was a little bit expensive, but with the service I received, I am willing to pay just a little bit more. PS I also got a 1-year service agreement with the unit that includes - two visits for my air conditioner/heating unit, two visits from a plumbing specialist and two visits from an electrician specialist."

"Very hard workers, renovated both bathrooms from plumbing to shower doors and trim. It looks great. We have 26year old house and apparently 15 years ago the plumbing was recalled due to failures. Justin Shane changed plumbing in crawlspace to all lines into the house and outside spickets. Found out during this process that our hot water heater was rusting and was replaced. We had bath walls and vanity damaged and had to be returned and replaced. This put us behind and Lowes never offered to deliver any of the products that had to be returned. Justin took items back and got replacements. The return process took over an hour each time due to Lowes unorganized process. There was 5 items damaged when we got back here with them. Justin worked late several nights in order to keep on schedule due to Lowes terrible quality control. All in all, Justin did a great job and we would hire him again."
