"Had a home warranty near expiration so wanted to get A/C inspected. They came out and not only inspected but found the heat had not been properly set up since installed a few years back by previous owner. The only other issue they found was a bad relay. Unfortunately that wasn’t covered by the home warranty as still had the manufacturers warranty, but they did it that day. The part was covered by the manufacture warranty, but they would’ve used an inferior part vs. the better one installed. Even after service was complete, their office staff and owner took time to get all the warranty info as well as how to transfer."

I also love how every member of the team was so thorough in cleaning up after themselves as well as courteous in taking shoes off when in the house. Brenda from the office was prompt in keeping me informed and very polite every time I called with questions. I love LOVE how they also gave us options for our install so it didn't feel like they were just trying to push the most expensive option on us. I could NOT have had a better experience and would highly recommend using this company for your HVAC needs in the future. "I had some good experiences with Mike’s Heating. The best was the installers were very nice and friendly. They seemed to do good work. I really don’t have any bad issues. I think they could have done a little better with follow up in terms of checking how things were going, suggesting annual service and stuff like that. I haven’t really heard much from them since. I remember it wasn’t cheap, but it was reasonable, no worse than anyone else."
