"From the estimator to the installers, these are very nice people and easy to work with.  They seemed very knowledgeable about their product and were very hard workers.  The quality issue was with clean-up only and it was less than satisfactory.  Had this been new construction, there would have been no issue.  They came the day they promised but apparently missed their estimate on how long the job would take and didn't start until after lunch.  From that point, they never stopped working.  They were here until 11:00 p.m."
