Dave arrived at the appointed time, evaluated my my HVAC system and identified the problem. He explained what needed to be done to correct the problem, how long it would take and what it would cost. "Woke up with no heat! Right before Christmas! Harris responded instantly and sent out someone to check the problem. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board.
