"The BEST phone call I have made this year for a service needed in my home was to Mirsky Heating and AIr. I called in the middle of a So. Cal heatwave because my thermostat had stopped working and I needed to replace it. How often does an AC company, in the middle of a heatwave, tell you they can come the same day? NEVER!! Except for Mirsky..Darrow told me that he would try to make it work..and he did...which I will be forever grateful!!! He checked in with me during the day to assure me that he was coming and not to leave work until he was more clear on the time he would be at my home. He showed up with another Mirsky employee named John..they were both super friendly and so helpful. Darrow found the problem and within 45 minutes, the thermostat was replaced and everything was up and running again. I can't say enough how grateful I am to Darrow and Mirsky Heating and Air...I am giving their contact info to all of my friends and will be calling them again for anything heating AC related."

Well trained by LA Tech, and professional from start to finish, Robert diagnosed and resolved my wiring and capacitor issue quickly. The fix was $485 not $8000 to replace the unit. "Joe was amazing. He not only found a better A/C unit than the one we we were looking at (for even less than what we had originally budgeted) he also installed it perfectly. When we had a small issue (turned out to be low FREON) Joe came, replaced a valve and fixed it perfectly. Our new A/C is working great and Joe has been amazing to deal with. "I initially contacted Charles to get an assessment of my situation and price estimate over the phone and found him to be very courteous and knowledgable and his pricing seemed very very competitive.  Based on that, I set a service appointment with him.
He arrived on time and I appreciated how he took the time to explain what he was going to do and why.  I also liked his measuring of the air particulates before and after the cleaning proceedure so I could gauge the success of the work hoping that my dollars would be well spent. 
Sure enough, the initial readings were sky high and a visual examination of the ducts made it clear that this was definitely a good thing that I was doing.  Charles performed his proceedures in a most timely fashion and I also appreciated how he was careful not to damage or marr any of the nearby furniture with his cleaning hoses.
He was very conversant and I certainly learned quite a bit about the importance of clean ducts as well as the many different air filter options.  Thanks to him, I now know where to go to order better quality filters to further improve my living environment. 
When the proceedure was complete, the final measurement readings were dramatically lower and I really felt like I got more than my money's worth.  I strongly recommend him to anyone seeking to improve their home's air quality.

"The first and foremost reason I selected Aeris Heating and Air Conditioning to do the complete overhaul of my house' heating and cooling system with relocation was their professionally written estimate. It was quite detailed and comprehensive, a far cry from those of other bidders. Secondly, because of Arian G. who to make the story short recommended the addition of new supply and return vents to improve ventilation. He insists on having the HERS test and city inspection even if it would cost me $600 more to insure that things were done up to standards. The reason for the 3-star review is the behavior of their work crew. They came down seemingly unprepared. They did not have long enough ladder to get them to the roof so I had to let them use mine. They used my crowbar without asking. I could not communicate very well with the foreman. At the end of the day, they did not clean up their litters of bottles, wrappers and masks around the house. Despite all these, will I still recommend them to others? Maybe, but only after warning them about their work crew."

"Our central a/c unit stopped working yesterday evening in 100 degree heat. I immediately called Vigen (at 7:10PM on a Friday btw) and he picked up and squeezed us in the next day. He came today (8/29/15) and had us up and running again in 30 minutes. The starter needed to be replaced. We are so very grateful. Vigen and his guys at North Air really know their stuff. They're punctual, courteous, fair, and do great work.
Two years ago, our central a/c unit was rattling terribly on the roof. We called a few different companies for estimates and liked Vigen's the best. All of the estimates cited similar issues with the install we had done in 2009. The a/c unit was not properly attached to the house...it wasn't draining right...also there were problems with how the furnace was installed in the attic...and I don't remember any more details two years later. What I remember is that the unit was no longer rattling on the roof and suddenly the house was getting much cooler, much faster, much more quietly. 
We also really like the mini-split unit that North Air installed in the garage. It works great and is virtually silent. We will continue to use North Air for all our HVAC needs. It's a relief to know we have a dependable company to call when things get way to hot or way too cold....
