I've done my own plumbing on my house this last 20 some odd years and qm getting on am an old man now, I trusted Burris right off, it took some time as my house has pipes from 1908 everyone got along the job is perfect they even asked me to have the gas co come out and recheck. "A pipe in the attic started leaking around 9:30 pm. I left messages with about 3 plumbers to see if they could come the next day. Steve was the first to call back at around 8 am the next morning and said he could come at 10 am after another job. He came around 10 and was friendly and professional. He was familiar with this type of leak, saying it is fairly common with the copper pipes and the new additives in the water. He fixed the leak in less than 2 hours and cleaned up well. We had other less pressing issues for him to do and he said he'd call back that night to set up a time. He called and we scheduled for the following afternoon. He installed 2 new shower faucets that were dripping due to worn out washers and replaced a corroded pipe in our water heater. Everything was done in a timely manner and he cleaned up at the end. He listened well and didn't pressure us into any unnecessary work. We will use him again. <br />"

"My brakes suddenly started making a bad noise.  I stopped at Joe's late on a Friday afternoon to ask about it.  His mechanic drove it and said the speed sensor was out and it was not safe to drive.  My elderly mother was very ill and I could not be without a car in case I had to go to her home over the weekend.  Joe made sure I had another car to use and thanks to him I was able to be with my mother when she passed away that weekend.  The car was fixed a day early because they stayed late when the part came in to install it.  I've used Joe for several years and I've never had any reason to question his work.  He is a scrupulously honest business man and a good person.  I'll continue to use and to trust him with any car I may have and to recommend him without reservation to everyone."

"Very well.  I normally don't write reviews, but I have to say that I was very impressed with the vendor.  The owner is advanced for his years in terms of service, communication and professionalism.  I called him for a quote and he gave me a small window in which he'd show.  He called me ahead of times to let me know he was coming, and showed up exactly when he said.  He gave me a quote the same day.  Pipease wasn't the cheapest, but of the 5 quotes i got, they were 1 of the middle 3. We signed the contract and he was able to start work the next day on a full repipe project.  His crew started the next day early in the morning and worked to complete the job the same day.  At the end of the day, he gave me a thorough update of the work done and status.  <br> <br>The best part of his team's service was the professionalism.  I have tenants, and he was very courteous to them.  His crew laid down tarp as to not dirty the floors inside the house.  He kept them informed and was very courteous to them.  Makes my job easier.  Also, his team found a dryer vent pipe wasn't properly connected and fixed it even though it was not part of the original scope of service.  I believe that most plumbers would ignore the problem and just close up the wall.   <br> <br>Personally, I also appreciated the fact that his company is not too small (e.g. 1-2 man crew) and not too big (a call center that refers you to a network of plumbers).  I worked directly with him and his team, and they got the job done fast and well.  I would definitely use this company again.   <br> <br>"

"Dennis came to my house as agreed to install/upgrade to a 40-gal water heater. I wanted to use Bradford White, but he recommended American based on their superior customer service. He had to make some adjustments to the vent pipe and the water lines. He adjusted the outside metal housing so that the door would fit better, at no extra cost. Then he spent the rest of the day moving the gas shut-off valve from inside the firebox, placing a key valve next to the fireplace. Things didn't go smoothly, as one might expect on a Friday, but Dennis stayed professional and patient and made it all work. He even honored his Angie's List discount. He does great work and clearly has a terrific reputation. This review only confirms what others have already said about him, but he still deserves the praise. <br />"

"Two Days: That's all, it took to re-pipe our Townhouse! Day: The re-pipe workers descended upon our house at 8 AM and immediately went to work with all the precision of a rocket launch. Short story: the entire re-pipe took only one day and they were gone an cleaned up by 5 PM with the water on! Day 2: The drywall workers descended upon our house at 8 AM and immediately went to work with all the precision of a rocket launch. They patched up all the holes in the drywall throughout the house that were used the day before to run new water pipes. They were done, cleaned up and gone by 5 PM. Next day, I had to re-paint a couple walls, but no big deal. All the workers were nice people and easy to get along with - the price was very good as well! I heartily recommend Mr. Re-Pipe!"

"Overall, Les does good work, but I would not use him again because I felt I paying over $600 for clearing a drain is too much and not right. <br /> Here is my story: <br /> Day 1: Cleared clog affecting whole home. Everything appeared to be clear. <br /> Day 2: Back-up occurred again and was still a problem in 1/2 of the home. Possibly, there were 2 separate clogs, and only 1 was cleared the first day. Clog was cleared. In addition to paying for both days of drain cleaning, we paid an extra charge for using the camera to view all lines. <br /> Day 3: Back-up returned again in the same 1/2 of home; in the same lines that were cleared just the day before. Drain was cleared again and camera was used again to view the lines. <br /> It seemed that the original clog was never really cleared until this 3rd visit! This is a 50 year old home, so age and cast iron pipes may contribute to the difficulty in clearing the lines. I scored the price as fair since I was disappointed to pay for this third visit since I had already paid to have the lines cleared twice, and also paid to have the drains videoed with the camera in the days prior. When I complained about paying this last time, Les suggested I need to pay him something because he "can't continue to do work for free." <br />   .... <br /> Now, 6 months has passed since I wrote, but did not publish the above review. The above review is accurate, and I am submitting it now since I just had to have a plumber come out again last week. Instead of calling Les and All Drains, I just called Roto-Rooter. They cleared the clog in the main line and inspected the lines with a camera all for $225. <br />"

"What a wonderful plumber! He is competent, diligent, responsive and honest. I only wish the other contractors I have dealt with were on par with this man. I will not let anyone else do plumbing for me. And, this is probably the forth or fifth time I have used him over the years."
