"The appointment slot was from 8-12 but I got a call 30 minutes in advance. The technician, Jesse, was very nice and explained what he was doing. He told me how old my furnace was and to keep on top of maintenance. He didn’t try to sell me anything, just mentioned services that the company offered. We talked about duct cleaning (they don’t offer it) so that helped steer me away from doing it as they don’t think it’s very effective. He showed me rust in my furnace but said it wasn’t that bad and doesn’t need repair. Overall I thought the tuneup went well. I would use them again for furnace and AC work."

"Great job- Happuy with service- will use again if needed"

"Jake was Avery nice man so polite snd finished in a timely manner. I would recommend ARS to anyone who needs service or repair"

"John Mullen provided me with OUTSTANDING service when my A/C broke. I called John at 8:23 PM on a Friday night and asked him if he could help me. My home was already 78 degrees and rising with a dog and two small children. He was in his car going home from a long day's job and turned around to come to my house. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a simple blown capacitor. He replaced the part, told me how much it would probably be for a new A/C unit with and without a furnace if/when I would ever need one, but said it was not necessary right now, that my unit should run for a while longer even though it was old. Then, at 9 PM on a Friday night, after what I am sure was a long hot day for him, he took the time to show me how to clean my A/C unit with my garden hose to increase efficiency and decrease the chance of breakdown. He left my house, work completed all for only $90, at 9:08. Now that is outstanding. At no time did John try to sell me a new A/c unit or furnace, even though my units are both very old. He simply advised me of the possible cost if I wanted to do that. He went out of his way and well beyond normal business hours, to come and fix my problem for minimal cost. He was polite, clean, informative, and honest. And again, he took the extra 10 minutes at 9PM at night to advise me on routine maintenance, for free. The previous home owner had this unit serviced regularly by a different company. I initially called them and left a voice mail as they were closed. I am writing this review on Sunday afternoon and still have not heard from them. If not for John I could have been without A/C for 3 or more days. I am a critical person and do not believe in praising people just for doing their job. I am much more inclined to leave bad reviews for poor service, than good reviews for just providing the service you are paid to do. Please consider that when reading how much I am praising this man for going above and beyond. Hire him, you will not be sorry."

"He was very responsive to my furnace repair request and was there within the hour! He found the right part, replaced it, and we had heat within a few hours. Very grateful for honest and professional service! I would not hesitate to recommend them."

"We live in a double-wide trailer and recently had a TON of plumbing work that needed to be done. Unfortunately, it is difficult to find plumbers who will work on trailers. However, we were able to contract with Kennihan Heating & Plumbing located in Valencia, PA close to where we live. https://www.kennihans.com/ Cannot say enough good about this company! The office staff kept in constant touch with us. They let us know when the work could be scheduled and when the technicians were on their way. And WOW! The technicians were skilled and concerned about doing an excellent job. Special shout out to Randy and his trainee, Mark. Randy patiently answered our many questions, was friendly and courteous, went out of his way to get the work done right, and was concerned about keeping our home clean throughout the project (they laid down fabric runners from the front door to both bathrooms to avoid tracking in any dirt on the carpet). From start to finish, I am impressed with these guys and the company."

"I was in an emergency situation and needed assistance right away. The gentleman arrived quickly and was ready to work. The service was very professional, and he explained the work he completed for me in detail. I would not hesitate to use One Way services again."

"This is about the sixth year we have used Wade Heating for our furnace and A/C work. We found Wade Heating to be very honest and reliable. We always buy their annual furnace and A/C agreement to avoid mid-season surprises. Wade's technicians have always been courteous and informative. The last two times we got a Tech named Dylen. The first time Dylen came was by coincidence as Wade Heating assigned him the job. However, Dylen was so exceptional we asked for him by name this time. As alwyas he was courteous, informative and very personable. When he is done with the service call we always feel satisfied that everything was done correctly. Hopefully Dylen will be available next spring when the A/C needs done."
