The crew showed up promptly to remove the insulation on Monday and returned on Tuesday to install the foam insulation. Crews were very polite and professional. All work was completed promised and area left clean. Will you again for insulation of our attic."

The owner was very informative when he came out to discuss what was needed.  His schedule was pretty busy so it took a couple of weeks to get on the calendar.  We have not had the insulation long enough to know how much it has helped but they did a great job installing it so I expect it to make a big difference.  The owner was on the job site the entire time supervising the 2 men that did the work.  He would ask me questions to make sure that they did it exactly like I would like.  It took them half a day to do the work but they arrived on time, if not a little earlier, then they stated they would be here.  Both of the owners were exceptionally friendly.  A pleasure to do business with!!! <br />"

"Louis and Glen are the best. They did a full remodel on our master bedroom and bathroom. This included turning flat ceiling into cathedral ceiling, new drywall and insulation, new wood and tile flooring, full closet reworking, new tub and sink, new bath tile, new windows, new mini-split a/c unit, new light fixtures, and new exterior siding. He gave us a timeframe, and sure enough, the project was finished up within that timeframe. No delays, no excuses. All the work is extremely high quality. We told Louis what we wanted, and he worked with us to make decisions that were reasonable for our space and within our price range. If one of our ideas wouldn't work, he'd take the time to explain why. He never tried to push us to anything more expensive than we wanted. He works with excellent electricians (Ray and Francis), excellent painters, excellent sheetrock guys, and excellent frameless shower installers. Throughout the work, Louis kept telling us that all he wanted for us was to have something that would be special for our family. That's exactly what he gave us. After the big bathroom/bedroom remodel, we've gone back to him again for an additional shower installation, some electrical work, and even some roofing. I would trust Louis with any project. Unlike other contractors that we spoke to, Louis is extremely responsive, punctual, professional, trustworthy, and courteous. Most contractors are flaky. Not Louis. He's easy to get a hold of, and he'll be there when he says he'll be there. If he does work for you, you will be his priority."

"My heat pump continued to blow air without cooling the house. A after making an appointment, Daniel Bandy came and checked the system.  Failing to find the oil residue in the outside heat pump, he determined the Freon leak was in the A/C evaporator coil in the attic.  The new evaporator coil had to be ordered form Goodman.  When the evaporator coil was available, Daniel Bandy came and did the installation after having purged the system of remaining Freon and testing for leaks. He refilled the system with new freon and tested for pressure and cooling as much as possible because of a worsening rain being present. <br /> The installation occurred On Wednesday.  On Friday morning I noticed water in the bottom of a nearby closet to where the large emergency drip pan was located.  I called for help with the information quickly  being relayed to Daniel.  He returned to my house that same morning.  He meticulously checked to see where the leak was originating.  He determined that the new pan installed with the new A/C  evaporation coil had a split in the rear corner.  Goodman was contacted and agreed to the providing a new replacement drip pan.  As soon as it was delivered form the Lafayette location, Daniel came and went through the entire process of having to reinstall the original replacement A/C evaporator coil. This required the addition of approximately 23 lbs. of new Freon. <br /> It should be noted that the only money paid was for the original installation of the new replacement A/C evaporator coil and a senior citizens discount had been previously applied. The installation of the replacement drip pan and the re-installation of the replacement A/C evaporator coil were done under the warranty, <br /> I found Daniel Brady to be a very meticulous and professional person to deal with in all respects. He carefully used booties to not bring additional dirt into the house and cleaned up all insulation freed from entering the attic.  He was prompt as possible in providing all services.  No pressure tactics were present trying to sell me a new heat pump. <br /> I would gladly utilize his ervices again. <br />"

He recommended an open cell foam that was well suited to insulate our pine wood floors; and was actually less expensive than other options. They scheduled our installation for less than one week from the time he gave our estimate. I was not home when they were working but they left the area clean and the work was completed on time. "We are in the middle of a global pandemic (Coronavirus), but I discovered one of our windows, which had been concealed by a piece of furniture, was shattered and about to fall out. "The project went very smoothly from beginning to end. Problems were handled quickly and efficiently. Jason (owner) arrived on time for the estimate, made suggestions when I told him what we wanted, and told us when to expect an estimate (by email). I was very impressed with his knowledge and his manner.  He explained everything clearly  including the possibility that a handicapped shower we wanted might not fit. I agreed to look at other possibilities. <br />      Estimate arrived on time and, because I was impressed with Jason and how he said the job would be handled, we gave him the job. When they arrived to begin working I explained that I had a very anxious dog that did not like strangers and that I would be leaving her when I left during the day. The crew assured me that they would watch out for dog and make sure she stayed in the house. After being there for a day and watching, I knew they would watch out for the dog. I was also impressed with the clean-up each day. It was great--you would never know they had been there. I had heard horror stories about remodeling but I was so impressed. We didn't even have any dust when the new Sheetrock was installed!  <br />      The whole job took three weeks-just what was projected.  David did most of it by himself and he did a wonderful job.If he didn't have something he needed he would go get it so no time would be lost.  He even had time to do a few added jobs-like installing a new garbage disposal.  The enormous molded handicapped shower was installed with lots of maneuvering and effort but it was installed beautifully.  Jason called us with any changes to the estimate so that we were not surprised when the final bill came. <br />      This job was handled  professionally and the crew was great--David even made friends with my dog! I will definitely use this company again!"

"They are great.  They are a local company.  They are so attentive to the needs of the customer.  My house was built in 1999 and eventually the A/C system got old and needed to be replaced.  The year before we decided to replace it, I run into all kinds of trouble and things like that and in Louisiana, I mean, you just can’t do without air conditioning when it gets 105 degrees. When I would call them, you know, it was always not the same day, if not within a few hours, I had somebody out here.  I had a really bad situation where I had some problems with the A/C going off, and I had to go out of town, and I had some animals that are going to be in my house and neighbors are going to be looking it on.  I just almost panic because I said, my God what if that A/C goes out and my animals are lying in the house and by the time my neighbors got there to feed them in the afternoon, it could be swell turned it.  I explained that all to them and they did something to bypass the heat pump to keep the air conditioning.  They just did something.  It really helped me out so much.  When it was time to replace my system, I guess that was a year and a half ago, I called them and they came in and they completely re-did the entire system, putting all kind of smart power saving device and now my utility bill was just so small.  They are great.  I love them.  I never called them back for any maintenance or something."
