"I went into this expecting a nightmare from all the stories I had heard but this was as far from that as one could possibly get.  Bryson's team showed up on time everyday for 2 1/2 weeks.  Bryson personally came by everyday to check on the progress, sometimes twice a day.  When I changed my mind about a color it wasn't a problem.  He said "ok".  His team of painters were a joy.  They worked, there was never anyone standing around doing nothing.

Two crews showed up to do the windows.  One was very good with interior window trim and exterior caulking.  The second crew left too large a gap between most interior moldings and had to be redone.  Exterior caulking by the second crew has resulted in water leaks when washing down the windows.  Also, the silicone caulking around the exterior edge of the windows was too wide and has attracted dirt giving us a brown rim around our white windows.  The individual contracted to do the front wood door was not very cooperative and had to be called back to do a better job.
