"DON?T ever hire this company. They came and put six mice bait boxes in my house, tracked in mud and snow on my floors and carpeting. Also the technician was taking my bait stations I had previously put down and putting them into her box. Complete THEFT!!! No exclusions done. Please do not hire this company. It cost me $282 for that work. Totally ridiculous The site ANGI gives them rave reviews. How did that happen? "

We have not one critical thing to say! He was punctual, efficient, so easy to work with and, did I already say hard-working??? His honesty and integrity set him apart from so many other contractors, in fact, he just called to say we had overpaid him by $100.00! Wow! My husband and I were very impressed by not only his work, but by his trust-worthy character and the pride he takes in his work. His assistant, Josh, was also a hard worker and showed such attention to detail - he was even careful not to destroy plants in my garden just below the window he was repairing! It was money well spent! We have already been singing Percival Remodeling's praises and referring him to others. We will hire him for all our future construction projects! "I am not happy with the advantage plan because this is the second time I needed service on my furnace in the dead of winter and they don?t honor the plan by getting a pro out here to fix it right away but instead they make me wait 1-2 days before they send a pro. That?s leaving me with no heat and dealing with the outcome of frozen pipes. An added expenses to be monthly budget. They said there are other clients with emergency heating problems so that means my heating problems isn?t an emergency. In addition they said they don?t have enough pro to service me. I don?t feel value as a client with them. I feel like my heating issues don?t matter to them as much as someone else. In addition I live in a 55 plus community so why is my heating issue not considered an emergency too. The installation went smoothly and they resolved any issues that arise during installation. I thought I went with a good company that care of their customers but I am definitely second guessing that. "

"On Sept. 26th, we had our shower looked at by Al Romano. Al was prompt, on time and did marvelous work on the shower making adjustments and cleaning things up. Al was very professional and explained all questions we may have had and answered to our satisfaction. This is the second time Al has done work for us for the shower and had the same results, very professional and very well done. You can tell, and see it, that he is very conscientious and meticulous about his work and what he does and it appears that he is doing it as if it was his own (shower). IF we have any other issues with it I would prefer that New Pro send Al Romano out to do the job. Certainly Al deserves a bonus for his work. Ray Fournier"
