"Mike , Shawn and their Temperature Pro team are the best! They are honest, knowledgeable, and quick to take care of you. Unfortunately, I have had both my furnace and boiler fail in the past 2 years. Nobody enjoys replacing either of these items in a home....but this team made it super simple for our family. Before arriving, we received a text with a picture of our Tech along with an exact time of arrival. They are super professional and pay close attention to the little things...like putting booties to cover their shoes ans cleaning up after they were completed! These guys are the best, and I recommend them to everyone."

"Contacted four Heating and Cooling companies in the Battle Creek area. All told us that we needed a new AC cost approximately $4,000. Tummons came out was very open and honest and fixed the problem without having to replace the AC . He is awesome. We would not go with anyone else!

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"In all my years of dealing with air conditioning and heating problems and lots of repairmen, I have never experienced the level of professionalism and expertise I saw in the Peak Heating and Cooling service at my home in Grand Haven. Arriving on the same day Alex learned of my problem and not departing until he had made a diagnosis and repair, I could not have had better service than I got. I had suffered two prior calls on the unit and expensive repairs, but my heating unit continued to have the same problems. Peak diagnosed and repaired my unit quickly and inexpensively.
