"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"On the day of the work (4) workers came on time and proceeded with the work. They were very professional and covered the floor and the stairs leading to the attic.  They too answered all my questions about  what they did. They showed  me the old evaporators coils and the leaks in them, and the new were still in the original box. They replaced on of my thermostats and  fixed a noise coming from my outside unit .  Although,  I had a second estimate on this work that would have been less, I went with Cucco,s because I trust their work and their professionalism. The second went well and we accepted the bid on a Friday but made it made it clear that we did not want to go forward with the work until we met with their referral for the window repair. Nevertheless, the work was completed without our permission the following Tuesday, and we were not told when it was to take place. We paid the bill on Thursday. When it rained the next day (Friday) we could see that the leak was not correctly diagnosed and repaired. "A week before the job, Jorge came out and we spent the better part of an hour looking over my system. Jorge's estimate was one of  the most competitive and did not change from the final bill. He recommended new duct-work and I am glad I took his advice. Once my old duct work was laying on the driveway I was shocked and how old and nasty it was. We talked about air flow, and he recommended another return vent on the other side of the house. On the day of the install the crew showed up on time and
completed the job with no issues. Jorge came out to check on the crew's progress and I asked if we could put a vent in our laundry room. We had discussed it on his first visit and I decide not to.
