"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"The first estimator did not show up or call. The second went well and we accepted the bid on a Friday but made it made it clear that we did not want to go forward with the work until we met with their referral for the window repair. Nevertheless, the work was completed without our permission the following Tuesday, and we were not told when it was to take place. We paid the bill on Thursday. When it rained the next day (Friday) we could see that the leak was not correctly diagnosed and repaired. Since that time we have had numerous conversations with several different members of the company and been promised that the work would be made right. We eventually got diagnosis and action. Communication within the small company seems to be challenging."

"I Scheduled Alfred  to come out to do the annual preventive maintenance. on saturday, due to time constraints on my part,  we agreed that he would come out the next day sunday (- normally doesn't work on sundays).  That night the AC wnt out .  Alfred came and Cleaned, drained, and tested AC unit.  He was able to replace the Compressor Start Assembly and the Dual Run Capacitor, topped off the refrigerant, and even repaired duct transition in attic.  Alfred explained the warranty on the parts replaced and offered a credit if compressor fails and I have to replace the whole unit within time limit.  He always explains thing to me and gives me a choice to repair or replace. He never tries to "sell" me something, just tries to keep the system operating efficiently.  I know it will need to be replaced someday, and I would only have him do it.  He is always professional, friendly, and pleasant to work with.

"After a thorough inspection and assessment of the problem, various options were given to remedy the situation. There was no pressure to go with the high end (= more expensive) option. We decided to replace one of the units based on its age and high probability for future problems. They returned to complete the work as scheduled. They were professional and provided explanations on everything they were doing. I would highly recommend them and intend on using them for future a/c and heating work.
