"My thermostat went out over the holiday weekend. Called and Ward returned my call within an hour. He already had jobs that were pending for emergency calls but added me to the list. He came out and assessed that my control board was bad on my HVAC . He returned the following day and completed installation of a new control board. Ward shared a variety of operating tips that we did not know that can help us going forward. Ward was very personable and certainly a good businessman you can trust to help you out. I'm a retired combat veteran and appreciate people who are there to help and not just make a buck off of somebody. I will recommend him to all my area veteran organizations, friends, and family. "We were not on site during installation as this is a rental property. Lee Days subcontracted our shower install but whoever put it in didn't seal the shower. 1 year later the grout is chipping and washing away leaving holes in the grout and exposing the floor below to water damage. We only use this shower once or twice per year, far too infrequent of use to experience such deterioration of the product that they installed. I called Lee to have him come and assess the problem. He was a no show. Essentially, since we are past the 1 year mark, he wouldn't even look at the problem. Do not trust this company to stand by their labor."

"I initially met Steve when when had some backsplash put in our kitchen.  Over the past 2 1/2 years Steve has installed a sprinkler system, replaced a broken kitchen faucet, and tore down an old privacy fence.  Steve is a jack of all trades.  He is very professional and has become a good friend.  About 3 weeks ago we had a bad thunderstorm and it blew out a screen panel on our patio.  I called Steve on a Monday and the following Saturday he was here bright and early.  He tore out the old screen and replaced it with new.  I cannot give this guy enough praise.  He is always on time, very professional and does not goof off or do a shabby job.  He doesn't leave until you are satisfied.  If there is a problem all you have to do is give him a call and he will come back and resolve the issue with no additional charge. <br /> If you need any kind of home repair or modifications, Steve is your man.  He won't let you down.   <br />"

"The installer arrived at the stated hour.  He proceeded to cut a hole behind the shower and claimed that was where the leak was.  I examined the location as he asked, but did not see the water.  As he replaced the fixture, I proceeded to explore more and discovered the actual leak at the floor, entering the bathroom.  I then showed the young man the location of the leak, which he then repaired, after he had already installed the faucet, which was not needed.  I was charged for 6.5 hours of labor, which seemed way more than should have been required for a professional plumber.  I did complain and was refunded $64 dollars. <br />"

Mr.Moran, requested and quot;up frontand quot; payment for materails. <br /> Once the quote was accepted, a start date was determined. Mr. Morman procured all necessary materail and deliveried these to the work site on the agreed date and time. Work progressed rapidly with a minimum interuption to the household routine. The work site was kept clean with tools and material kept in an orderly manner. Upon completion of the load bearing wall, the temporary supports were left in place several days to allow the mortar to cure properly and fully. Mr. Moran return as promised on the date provided, removed the tempoary support and completed final clean up and removal of excess materials. <br /> Only after the work was fully completed and the owner was fully satisfied with the quality and completion of the wrok did Mr. Moran, request final payment. <br /> I would highly recommend TJM Constuction for any manner of home repair or construction. The company is run in a very professional manner, provided at a reasonable price and quality of the work is excellent. <br />"
