"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. "Markool was super professional, kind, and skillful. A few things really stood out. 1) He did a furnace flue piper install that he could have charged us much more for if he had wanted to take advantage of us - but he was honest and we paid less than we feared. He also went the extra mile helping my wife and I through a warranty claim with the furnace company so that we did not have to pay extra part costs. It was an unexpected need, but he was prepared with the part and worked with the manufacturer to get us covered. He was even able to better a previous repair. 2) On a home humidifier install, he made himself available on short notice, took time to answer our questions, and then showed us how to maintain the equipment ourselves so we wouldn't need to shelve out more for additional contracting work - even from him. Grateful!"

"The sales person, sold me a 15.5 seer heat pump and and the model it says 14.0 seer, so I asked the technician and he told me that, with both systems equal to 15.5 seer. I wanted to see 15.5 seer on the machine specifications but it does not said. So at this point, I donâ t know if the system installed at my house was 14.0 or 15.5 seer."
