During the time in the attic they discovered the return air was wide open to the attic and boxed it on the attic side so the return air now extracts from the room air side. It was a lot of work to complete in a short time and everyone worked hard to complete it. Thankyou Insulwise for having solutions for this type of house to improve the thermal envelope. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."
