In deterring the scope of the project, they listened to all our concerns, and devised a comprehensive plan to meet all our needs, not just simply an insulation replacement. The actual work crew was very friendly and respectful of our house and property. We alway got notice when they would arrive and were always on time. They kept us informed every step of the way with pictures of their progress. They let us know early on of one potential electrical issue with recessed lighting and worked closely with our electrician a couple days later to resolve the issue prior to actual blowing in of the insulation. Overall, a first class operation all the way and we already feel the benefits."

"First let me say, I paid Heather almost twice her asking price because she was worth it. She was, both times she came to my home, prompt to the minute. She came fully prepared with her own supplies and had even to be convinced to use my paper towels. She would have done anything I needed her to do in the house as far as cleaning goes, including removing trash or doing laundry. She was energetic, fast and thorough -- and she was lovely to spend time with.As I said, this home I found myself in was too dirty to live in. I decided that it was not my job to clean inside the cabinets ( I just left the dishes and pots as they were and decided not to use them. ) Heather would have cleaned everything in those cabinets had I asked her. But I decided that we would concentrate on the kitchen surfaces ( i.e. counters and appliances on them and stove top and appliances on it ) as well as the bathroom and the unimaginable amount of mold and mildew in there. She whipped through it all quickly and thoroughly, and made it shine and smell fresh. She did vaccuum and dust the rest of the house beautifully and left it looking lovely. She even turned over all furniture searching for an unpleasant odor which she feared was, and turned out to be, a dead mouse. Despite her squeamishness ( she was so much better than I at that moment ), she embalmed that critter in paper towels and a plastic bag and happily took him away for burial. Thank goodness for Heather.Heather is a lucky find for me, and she is someone with whom I hope to have a long relationship. She is a hard and great worker, and she is helpful in any way you might need. She is trustworthy beyond question, and I will definitely call her next summer when I again return to her neck of the woods. I only wish she would travel to Boston to clean my home all winter. She is a gem, and I would recommend her to everyone."
