"These guys are first class. They installed a whole house water filter system 8 years ago and I’ve used them to do the maintenance and upkeep. They are the best. A great price for the install, I checked out several companies before we choose Wayne. They are responsive, on time and do a fantastic job and affordable prices. We recently moved to a new home. I called Wayne to take a look at what we needed for our water system. After having Wayne’s system at our old place for over 6 years he was the only person I was going to call. He’s professional, knows what’s required and when it comes to the cost he is more than affordable compared to what you see on the market. They fitted a new carbon filter and softener system and at our request also did a reverse osmosis system in the house. The difference is remarkable, If you are looking to install a system you can’t look past these guys. Value and service can’t be beat."

When John was through servicing my water purification system, he gave me a full in service on how to maintain the system. It s now 7 days since John serviced my system and I received a follow up call from him this afternoon. The service was truly remarkable, I would refer all my friends and I-CRON without a shadow of doubt."

"I was in the market for a water softener to which a sales person arrived to give me a quote. Infinity installs kinetico water treatment systems which is a proprietary system that you cannot work on. If you attempt to work on it yourself, you void the warranty of the system. They provided me with a quote of $3,600 for the softener, dechlorinator, and RO system which was a fair deal in my opinion. The only reason why I did no go with the company is that their service charge is $187 for each visit. That combined with the price of kinetico parts that are way more expensive than other brands. I m sure it s a great water softener, but the service charge fee is more then 3 times more than other competitors in the area."

"Contacted Roto-Rooter, because I've used them back home in Northern Kentucky and I'm confident I would be treated honestly and fairly. Jonathon S was my technician and he did a great job. He listened to what I had to say and what I wanted done and he gave me an estimate for the work. He also told me what could go wrong and that it might end up costing more so he was up front with me. He was able to get it repaired within the original estimate pretty quickly. He also recommended replacing the bad galvanized section with PVC so that it would last longer. He also used the Shut-Off valve I purchased already to keep my costs down. Much appreciated."
