"the tech, Roger was really nice, very efficient and answered all my questions. I was very glad I went through with this service call. I almost didn't due to the rudeness of the woman that answered my initial call to the shop. I guess she was having a bad Monday at 9:00 a.m.! Don't let her chase you away if you call Hedlund! This was my best experience with a plumbing company yet (except for her) and I have had to have several pipes replaced over the years. Wish I would have called them the first time I needed a plumber!"

"When my desk top computer failed I called Mr Ferrell. His response time was excellent; arriving at my home the same day I called.
He called me back that evening to update me on what he found. He replaced the power supply and did a virus scan and returned the computer to my home within 48 hours. I found him to be computer savy and very friendly. If we have computer issues in the future I will contact Mr Ferrell.

"The day before Chrismas Eve our furnace went out. Have had other problems with my furnace so we decided to replace it. I called four other contractors and they all said they could get to me sometime after the first because of the holiday. I have a three year old and I need heat. Dixon was the only one who would come replace my furnace on Christmas Eve. Holiday or not people need heat. He gave us a very good price and was very efficient. I will definately be staying with Dixon Heating."

"My house is an early 1900's home. Since moving in some years back we never have had the air ducts cleaned. We contacted Michigan Home Comfort in Lansing Mi and the process from start to finish was very easy. They sent in a three man crew to do the job, it was very extensive work. They were well dressed, nice and professional throughout. They spent about three hours here at my home and they showed me before and after pictures. The air quality in our home is much better now and less dusty to say the least. I would recommend them for sure to anyone."

"New installation went well. I was a little upset that only 50% was covered being that the unit was 19 years old. I'm sure that parts for something that old would be hard to find. Replacement was recommended."
