"Right before my warranty expired the bathtub I had refinished started peeling on the area in front of the tub. When I called to get it fixed the office that did the original job was redistricted and would not service me so there was some back and forth with the new location in my service area taking responsibility for the repair. They finally agreed to do the repair but never completed it. The area they fixed was patched but never repainted to match the rest of the tub so it now looks white in some area's but a dingy gray on the patched area and now my warranty has expired."

They texted me when I called immediately to let me know they were with a customer and would call right back and called be back within 5 mins. Even with the weather event they were able to fix my system and get me back up and running!! Parker was so patient and amazing! He took his time and explained everything to me! He also was willing to troubleshoot before just saying things needed to be replaced or the whole system needed to be replaced. They did exactly what was needed and got me fixed right away!! "I had an unethical and aggressively unsettling experience with Mike Graham Heating & Air a few years ago after my father died and a person squatted in house and ruined his home and AC unit. I live down in Houston. Dad?s house was in W Falls. I hired this company and was charged $5,500 for what I was told was a Carrier unit, but a lower-value Bryant unit was installed instead. When I realized the overcharge, I provided written comps and asked for a refund of the nearly $2,000 overcharge. The company chose to remove the unit altogether. After taking back the equipment, they did not issue a full refund. They only returned the $1,700 overcharge, but not the complete about for the actual unit cost, leaving me out approximately $4,000 AC with nothing to show for it.
