"The team from McLaughlin Weatherization, who completed the work from my Mass Save Program energy audit to install insulation in my attic was AWESOME! They were a team of 3, who ensured the job got done efficiently and well. Professional, courteous and personable! I was very pleased with how they entered my home, treated my home and me while in it and when they left they even brushed up the very last of any dirt they might have brought in. I cannot rave enough about how great the experience was because I was able to work downstairs and stay out of their way but they definitely went above and beyond in my opinion! I didn't know the front door would get a package of weather stripping too. So while that was nice, the guy in charge of the team of 3 not only removed the old to install the new, the front door closes properly now! I cannot thank you enough for this small act of kindness (even if it was fixed with the new trim) because I had been so worried about my kitties getting out one day because the latch would not catch to keep the door closed. Also, the senior member leading the team demonstrated his years of experience and knowledge and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company as a partner for Mass Save and I would personally pay them for any future work needed if not covered by Mass Save."

"When I was looking to get estimates for the job, Kennedy was the first to call me back, and came out right away to price it out. He advised on fire blocking to meet code, which no other companies even mentioned. His crew showed up on time and demonstrated amazing attention to detail. They also kept the space very clean and the foam did not have an offensive odor. I’ve had foam jobs done on multiple occasions in the past and this was the best job I’ve ever seen. It’s the kind of work you don’t see much these days. Humidity in the basement is now less than 50%. Applied 3 inches of closed cell foam to the walls and open cell to the rim joist. Definitely do not hesitate to hire this company."

"Insul-Kings is wonderful to work with. They called in the morning to narrow the arrival time, which is very considerate. Nate and his crew arrived on time and CRANKED like a well oiled machine. I have a 4' crawl space. You can barely crouch. No problem! That's why God invented knee pads. They foamed and installed the insulation like it was their own home. It was a work of art. and came out better than I imagined. They patiently indulged my "old man" inquisitiveness. The crew represented Insul-Kings very well. I highly recommend them. This was done through the Mass Save program. So the $2100 job only cost me about $500.00"

"We bought a 100-years old house that needs the most updates. It's uninsulated and drafty before Roger's Insulation came. John and his crew are very honest and hard-working people and he is one of the most professional and trustworthy contractors who stands behind his work. John came personally as the first contractor during our renovation for a site estimate and sent us a very detailed scope of work. Despite the COVID-shutdown Holly in the office managed to pull the permit for us and scheduled the work just before the temperature dropped heavily. They use environmentally friendly, safe and very effective blown-in cellulose for cavity insulation which was challenging for our old house with numerous irregularities. Since then fuel saving became a side effect: The house stays warm even without much heating and we don't have cold-spots or chilly rooms any longer. Meanwhile we got sound insulation too: we hardly hear noises from traffic, barking, or playground but only sounds inside our home. Such a cool effect! We're grateful to everyone at Roger's for making our old house more of a cozy home."

Frank was very responsive to my initial request for proposal, he was very thorough in his review of the project and proposal. Once his crew was on site, all floors, windows, outlets, etc were well protected before any spray operations began. The crew worked at a great pace and completed the project in the duration Frank had committed to. There was a great attention to detail to ensure proper thicknesses were achieved and all areas were properly sealed and insulated. I would absolutely hire Insulation Done Right again."

"We cannot say enough good things about Dolphin Insulation. They replaced the existing insulation in our entire house and addressed some mold related issues we came across along the way. We are delighted with the results. Our house is much tighter and drafts we used to feel are gone. The whole process took about 2 weeks, including removing the old insulation, prepping and blowing in the new insulation. We are talking about the roof over a bedroom over a double garage, the main house and the cathedral ceiling for a family room. Go to their website and see some of the projects they have tackled. What you see is what you get. From our very first contact right through the installation process everyone we came into contact with was professional, informative and very helpful. Dolphin was upfront on their timing for the project, in what was their busiest time of the year, and called us ahead of time to let us know they were running a day or two late. All the crew who came to our house throughout the process were polite, friendly, hardworking and took the time to answer any questions we had. They were flexible and worked around other contractors who were in our house at the same time. Dolphin adapted to issues that cropped which resulted in more work that they took on. Every day they cleaned up after themselves as best they could. Amanda, the owner, even stopped by towards the end to bring over some parts they need to protect lights in our family room. It is also clear everyone believes in the technology they use, and that what they do is more than just a job for the crew. As far as we are concerned this is the best and greenest insulation solution out there. It takes time to install but it is well worth it. No toxic fumes and you don't have to move out of your house. This is not the cheapest solution you can come across but it is worth every penny."

"We had a great experience with ABT. They arrived on time, did a great job completing our insulation needs, and cleaned up once they were finished. They were extremely polite and explained all the work they did before leaving. ABT is a great company, that we were connected with by Mass Save, and I would highly recommend using their services."

"I enjoyed talking with Mr Lavoie abut my insulation issues and was impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness. He had some creative ideas about how to insulate my attic - although when we explored these further they did not seem feasible due to some recessed lighting that was not rated for insulation. His creativity also seemed to translate into more expensive for me. His estimate was $6000 for a job I ended up paying $4000 for. He did seem to do quality work and would be very good person for difficult insulation problems. What I found unaccceptable was that he represented himself as a approved national grid contractor - they have a $2000 rebate program for homeowners who use their approved conractors. When I checked the list on line his comapny name was not on it - I then called National grid who told me he was not a participating contractor. If I had hired this company I would have been out $2000. It ended up being an incredible waste of time for me to talk to this company."
