"No invoice transparency at Sila Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical. I had an appointment on February 16, 2026, to troubleshoot a no-heat issue on the second floor of my home. I was told the repair would be $1,500. Although hesitant, I agreed to proceed because I needed heat. The repair was completed, I paid $1,524.90, and the technician left. I later realized I had not been provided with an invoice, so I called the company directly at 781 438 4114. The person who answered the phone emailed me an invoice. The invoice listed an HVAC diagnostic fee of $69.00, followed by ?HYD 170,? with no price or itemized breakdown provided. I understand that professional services and parts can incur significant costs, it is unreasonable that the part alone could account for the entire charge without any supporting documentation. I respectfully requested a detailed breakdown of the invoice through multiple phone calls and emails; however, the responses I received were dismissive and failed "

"My 95 yr old uncle had heat in only half his house (2 zones) and it was a Sunday at 6° I was in a jam trying to find someone to save him asap was down to 55° in his kitchen I Sent out a bunch of email, calls, texts to different HVAC repair shops...Armus responded instantly...and took my info down an said my repairman would be there at 1...they were fantastic keeping me updated and confident..the repairman came 90 mins earlier. Another win for me!! He went right to work..kid was great (I'm 62) He said the thermostat i had just replaced was fine...the prob was the heating zones He was in the cellar for about 20 mins...came upstairs..said he fixed the problem..heat restored !! Hooray! I was ready to give this company my highest rating!! Then came the bill....mind you my uncle is alone in a big house...needed it done asap couldn't wait to monday The kid was still great..told me the bill was 1058.00 for 20mins work ...I was expecting a big bill...cuz it was Sunday ..but too much!!"

"BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY I purchased a brand-new heating system for $15,000 in September 2025. The system came with a one-year company warranty in addition to the manufacturer?s warranty. Despite being new, the system malfunctioned four times within less than six months ? on December 4, December 6, December 17, 2025, and again on February 14, 2026. Why would a brand-new $15,000 heating system fail four times in less than six months? Each time I called the company, the response was slow. I later learned they do not provide evening, weekend, or emergency service. This was during the heart of winter, and I was completely at their mercy to service a system that was still under warranty. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was consistently blocked. The secretary or office staff always had an excuse as to why no manager was available. There was never an opportunity to address my concerns directly with leadership. The company presents as polished and professional when selling the"
