Andy promptly returns all calls/texts, takes his time answering many questions, was flexible with our timing, and I never felt pressured or that I was being "sold too". Andy and his crew spent 2 days installing insulation into a 120 year old home that was a sauna in the summer and freezer in the winter. The very next day (temps were high 80s) we already notices a huge comfort difference! Lastly, when his crew finished it was almost like nobody was ever there. "Mincin removed all of the old fiberglass insulation, air sealed, installed baffles to preserve ventilation from soffit vents and blew in cellulose insulation to R49. The removal of old insulation is a dirty job, but the Mincin crew put up plastic and covered floors to minimize the dust in the house, which was mostly successful. The upstairs is warmer and my furnace usage has declined. The crew was courteous and prompt. All in all, it was a good experience."

"Our experience with Steel City Insulation was excellent.  John Fleishner, the owner, was always timely as far as corresponding with us and starting the work on time.  Since the state building inspector was involved with our renovations, John offered to communicate with that inspector if we needed him to do so.  John and his employees were also responsive to our requests to "tweak" any of the work performed.  They also did a fabulous clean up job!  After installing the insulation, it needed to be "shaved" which left about 6" of foam shavings on our floors.  By the time Steel City left the work site, all of the foam shavings had been removed from the floors.  We highly recommend Steel City Insulation.  John and his employees were professional, accommodating and friendly. <br />"

"Everything Zach did was excellent. I especially like the James Hardie brand fiber cement siding he put on our chimney: he was able to perfectly match it to the other wooden siding on our house, so it looks great and we can trust it'll protect the chimney. It's been a stormy summer since he put it up and we've had no leaks or other issues. The roof looks great, too. He and his assistant were professional and prompt. I'm very happy with the work they did and will certainly hire them again."
