"I contacted Chris via Angies list and immediately had contact within 24 hours. Chris came to the house and measured everything and was able to give an estimate within 72 hours. I do have to say Chris's estimate was par with what we were expecting. He was more than willing to accommodate our needs and changes along the way. I do have to say Chris does listen. He knew our budget and made sure we were communicated with about going over or of ways he thought we could save money. Chris's brother, Steve was the lead project manager of our expansion. He did a great job communicating to me and my wife. They showed up on time everyday and made sure to communicate to me of when they would not be there as to not get in the way of others who need to work (i.e. dry waller, electrician, floor company). To comment on their dedication, Chris and Steve contracted a new flooring business to do our floor instillation. The floor went in great but the first staining was not up to par with matching appropriately as we had discussed early in the design phase. The flooring company was not impressed as well, and the owner came out and redid the floors and they are so much closer to the color of our older floors. So if you want something done right, contact Nemec Construction. They will not let you down. <br />"

"Did not do work, but pricing was competitive with everyone else.  Invoice got lost in junk e-mail, so did not think I ever received invoice, but I found it a month or so after job was completed again.  If\when I have another job will call All Foam and make sure Invoice doesn't get lost in junk e-mail! <br />"

"The technician came much sooner that originally scheduled, which was fine with me since I was home all day anyway with a busted heat pump.  He was very courteous, professional and friendly.  He diagnosed my heat pump was a bad compressor I believe and gave me an estimate on a new compressor and an estimate on a new heat pump system.  I didn't see any sense in putting any more money into a 16 year old system.  I could tell he hated to tell me the bad news on having to get a new system and could tell that he was an honest person so I didn't feel like he was only trying to get money out of me.  He never pressured me into either getting a new system or having it repaired.   I ended up going with another company for my new heat pump install only because they gave me a better price and was also a great company to work with but if you want great and honest service, you can't go wrong with Standard!  I honestly can't say enough GOOD things about the service I received.  All the way from my initial call to the receptionist to the service technician.  I am very happy I called them! <br />"
