"very professional installer, kept area clean and removed the old tank"

"I hired Uptown Heating and Cooling to do my humidifier install. Andrew was professional and respected my home by coming in with foot coverings. I really appreciate that. After he was finished, he showed us the unit, what needs to be done to maintain it, and recommended a 35% setting on the control for a couple of days to see how we like it."

"Great experience. Reasonable price for the quality of work. We had a Trane HVAC system installed with whole house humidifier and UV Light. They came next day and had it fully installed and working by the end of the day."

"We called CARE for a “second opinion” on the necessity of replacing our whole-home a/c system. They were able to send someone out the same day I called. The rep was friendly and professional. He looked at the entire system and agreed with the first provider that our system needed to be replaced. He gave me a quote which included everything—tax, installation, etc. I agreed to their price. The techs came out when they said they would, and the job took the amount of time they said it would. All in all, it was a very satisfactory process. I would definitely use CARE again."

"Very pleased with service and installation. Installer was professional, explained options and costs clearly."

"I only had two hose spigots and two washing machine spigots that needed replaced. The Apex plumber went over fitting types and specifications, shut-off valves, and crimp/solder/sharkbite/threaded options and his recommendations. For easier maintenance in the future he added a service loop where there previously was none."

"I was very thankful John was able to repair our 40 year old bath exhaust fan. The fan required extensive work and was located in a difficult to access space in out attic. When unexpected problems occurred, John was able to diagnose and repair the fan. He did not charge us extra for the additional time it took."
