They said the job would take 3 days and it took only 3 days. They cleared out the space and kept the work in an enclosed area to prevent the dust from spreading through the apt. "Gene was very responsive to my request for an evaluation of my home to find opportunities to address cold/ drafty rooms. He performed a free assessment which was nice (not all in this business do). He made several recommendations after an in depth examination, and wrote up a detailed quote breaking out each line item. I appreciated the cost transparency. We decided to take the initial step of applying spray foam to insulate the duct work in the basement and attic. Gene used good ventilation techniques and the end result was very neat. He cleaned up well. He shared the before and after data in terms of the surface temperature of the duct work.
