After deciding to use this company, went through contracting the job, which was done at my house and was painless. When the time came to start the job, Ken and Phil were on time. However due to a mix up with scheduling the inspector, they could only do the inside door to the garage, which came out great. Very satisfied with the work and the professionalism of both Ken and Phil. Front door was rescheduled for January and installation went off without any inspection or other delays. In terms of customer service, I have to say that the company and Ken definitely excel at it. After completing my job he had to travel over an hour to his next job. I called him to let him know that I was having some trouble with my dead bolt, and he said he would be back that evening to take look and fix it. He showed up, just like he said, made some adjustments and even brought finishing plugs for the sidelight, that had been forgotten when the installation was completed. So, excellent customer service."

From start to finish, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism. I would like to especially thank the salesperson Peter for his knowledge, commitment and timely response to issues throughout the project. He helped me select strong 9/16” windows with visible transmission of 60% (thus, the outside from inside looks bright) while the solar heat gain was limited to 32% (thus, the house is protected from excessive heat). The windows are rated for +90 and -90 pressure, which is well above the Miami Dade guidelines. The doors are strong and aesthetic. Nick was able to replace them easily.  Doors slide like a dream now.  One I hadn't used in years.  Now I have easy access to my patio.  Nick was quick, but through.  Everything was completed in about 2 hours.  I would highly recommend Nick's for this service.

"I would give AAA Door Repair and AAA+ if I could. We had same day service to repair/replace corroded rollers on patio slider. Tommy was nice, professional and unbelievably fast on the repair. I highly recommend AAA and will use them again when needed.

"Our white doors are made of steel and ugly rust spots were showing through the paint. Once the work began, we discovered that the original owners had covered the rust with paint so the job had become much more complex. Carl had to strip both coats of paint off, take out the rust and repaint the two doors. Carl worked almost the entire day and did an excellent job. He has a great deal of knowledge and skill and was very pleasant to work with. The doors now look like new and we would hire Carl again for any type of construction work.

Update:
Less than an year passed and rust spots began to appear on the doors. I called Carl and he was disappointed that the paint job had not kept the rust out. Carl had expanded his business and now he is a "Construction Specialist and a Licensed Home Inspector and he had quite a full schedule. Nevertheless, Carl said he wanted his customers to be happy so he agreed to return and take care of the problem at no charge.  Both of us had conflicting schedules and weather interrupted some dates so he did not return until April 16, 2016.  He brought a can of rust spray and a can of paint spray . Carl spent the morning treating the rust spots. Then he told my husband to leave the doors dry overnight and then cover them with the paint the following day. We paid him $14 for the 2 cans he left behind and the next day my husband sprayed the doors and now they look like new. We are so happy we hired someone with integrity and not a painter who would refuse to stand behind his work. I stand by my A ratings for Carl.

"My sliding glass door was difficult to operate for a long time. I had previously called a handyman who tried to fix the door and after 2 hours he broke it completely so it would not open at all.  I called All American Sliders as a last resort because I thought I was going to have to replace the door. They arrived the same day I called, fixed the door in less than 30 minutes by simply replacing the rollers and the door is just like new. Great company and very professional. These guys know what they're doing.
