"Upon our arrival for the winter season, discovered that our air conditioning was not working properly. Called Certified Heating and Cooling, was very surprised on the quick service reply. Their technician Derrik was very prompt in diagnosing the problem and gave us various options for the repair. We were very pleased with his expertise and knowledge on our problem. He is a credit to the company!!!"

"Always an outstanding experience with Matt and At Your Service A/C. AC stopped working on a Saturday and Matt got to my house in about an hour from the time I called. Had the necessary parts on-hand and had the unit repaired quickly and for a very fair & honest price. Absolutely recommend to anyone in need of A/C repairs or service."

"First class service. They were great all services were done professionally and in a timely manner."

"Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Paul did a redesign of our system to increase efficiency and then installed an all new system, including new ductwork, added returns, and thermostat. Our house is cooler than ever, and our electricity bill went down significantly! I’ve recommended these guys to several other friends now, and all have had fantastic work. Highly recommended!"

"We were pleased with their service. He didn't take credit cards, but he was willing to take a cheque. So that was good. We thought repaired the product the way it should be and we were pleased. We thought their prices were reasonable."

"I’ve been using Independent Air Conditioning since 2012 and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Bernie is friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, committed to customer service and, above all, a truly honest businessman. Bernie will let you know when you’re A/C needs service but, more importantly, he’ll also tell you when just an adjustment or minor repair will suffice. As a Realtor for almost 30 years I’ve seen more than my fair share of A/C companies and Independent A/C is the only one that I recommend to clients, friends and family without hesitation."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I've gone with other companies and just got sold things I didn't need and got service I wouldn't wish on anyone. Everyone at Bowen from the owner Ken Sr., to his son Kenny Jr, and Derrick, and Jose, and Holly, and the rest of the team, will make you feel like one of the family. They will give you honest and smart advice about how to handle all of your AC needs. And during the service calls, you don't have to worry about them exaggerating your issues and recommending repairs that aren't needed. I won't make the mistake of calling any other company again."

"He was very professional and explained what he was going to do as well as provided a written quote when he came out, before he did the job. None of the other professionals I called or were recommended by Service Magic would come out, they would only provide a generic quote over the telephone, even after I told them I had unusual issues to deal with at the house."

"Was very happy with service and product. On time fast and done right."
