Another repairman, Robert, came promptly the following day & was able to fix problem quickly & thoroughly explain situation - great job. "I was highly skeptical knowing of the bait-and-switch tactics of some low cost maintenance procedures including THIS duct cleaning service. The technician showed me the mildew in a couple ducts. After cleaning all 12 ducts, he explained and insisted on showing me the damage. I was previously an appliance salesperson and was trained on air conditioning so I understood the issue. He gave me the price for the mediation with no pressure or scare tactics. At that point, I decided to proceed. I knew the dangers of mildew and that it could spread if not stopped. I hate to spend money but know this was a necessary repair. I am recommending this company to my close friends and family who know that I rarely endorse or recommend repair people."

"The day after we got electricity back on after Hurricane Irma we were welcomed with an air conditioner that would not cool. Although I expect every A/C company to show up and say the same thing "It'll cost $9,000 and 4 weeks to fix or we can sell you a new unit."
