"We have had several Sila visits in recent months - all exceptional. VISIT 1: We had old pipes and valves that limited our dishwasher, so we had that replaced. While there, the Sila agent suggested we replace some of the attached lines and managed to streamline our hookups by removing some of the unneeded valves and connections no longer needed. VISIT 2: We similarly had a great visit and instal from David, who did a very beautiful install on our new water heater. He removed the broken unit, improved the connection design, put in improved valves and labelled each with a tag, then tagged other connections through the basement."

"Steve and his team are real pros. Jason came out and talked us through the various install options, with a lot more thought and consultation than the other two contractors we talked to. In the end, the quote was higher, but we felt we were getting a better product, backed by a better company. Steve (the owner), Travis and Mike (installers) were pros too. Keeping us up to date, starting/completing the work on time, etc. The crew were super clean throughout the project. They even hooked up everything and reprogrammed my ecobee3 smart connected thermostats. Jason spent an hour on the phone with me about the unit and i know any of them would stop by if we needed more help. We were worried about what we heard about the noise factor with high velocity units and these guys take great care to design the lengths and add sound-dampening material to the last 3 feet of the vents. The whole system is super impressive. Couldn't recommend them highly enough."

The interior design and structure of our house presented some uncommon challenges for laying and running the conduit through the basement and up to the 2nd floor. We are very satisfied with the results, both inside and outside. The team was able to match the color of our siding. The location of the external compressor and the three conduits on the outside walls fit well into the exterior of our home. The A/C units are quiet and the air filtration and cooling performance are great. "Talked to Matt the owner one very hot Sunday in June when my A/Cs were not working. I had my regular folks tell me it was shot and had a leak. Matt sent his team out on Monday and the A/Cs were up and running in about 40 minutes. There was no leak. They worked beautifully all summer. My neighbor's went out this year - her unit was about 5 years older than mine. I gave her NextGenAire's contact info and she just replaced her unit. She is very happy with the price and service."

I opted to have them install one because it kills germs and viruses in the air (like the common cold and coronavirus) and it also gets rid of smells in the home from cooking and my stinky dog! I love that they provide all home services so I don’t have to search around when I need someone! Would recommend to anyone!"

"The personable owner, Tony Del Papa, came out to give us <br /> an estimate for installing exhaust fans in our bathroom. Since we <br /> hadn't bought the fans yet, it was helpful that he told us what to <br /> look for and suggested a particular brand. We then ordered fans <br /> through Lowe's. <br /> The company was prompt with returning calls and providing a written <br /> estimate in the mail. <br /> Once we had an appointment with the company that was going to vent the <br /> fans, we scheduled Village Electric to come out several days before <br /> that day.The two workers who came out were courteous and arrived within the <br /> hour time window we expected them. We tested out the fans and they <br /> worked fine, but we waited until they were vented to the outside to <br /> actually use them. <br /> The quality of the electrical work performed was good, but we had a <br /> couple of minor issues, which is the reason that we gave a B for <br /> professionalism. To install the fans, the workers had to go into the attic. <br /> They had to move some insulation from the attic floor <br /> and did not roll it back into place when they were done, and the <br /> insulation batting covering the attic hatch mysteriously disappeared. <br />   <br /> Also, a piece of ceiling that needed to be cut out was left in the <br /> attic instead of being discarded. Replacement of the junction box for <br /> the master bathroom light/fan switches caused a ceramic towel bar to <br /> partly detach from the wall. <br /> We have used Village Electric several times before, and this is the <br /> only time anything like this has happened. We informed <br /> them about it and don't expect to have any future problems, so we will <br /> use them again. <br />"
