There was no attempt to sell me something I didn't need. The crew showed up on time, they worked all day and into the night, and were very polite. They made a few modifications to our duct work that wasn't in the proposal, but needed to be done to increase the efficiency of the system, and didn't ask for a dime more. Once they were finished and left, the whole area was picked up and so clean you hardly knew they'd been here. Everything works great and we're very happy we hired them."

I did not know that with a new A/C, the air handler’s connection to the house ducts needed to be changed: lots of mold and ‘stuff’ in it after 10 years! My Installer Company did not say anything about that! This is something that should be made aware to the households."
