The air conditioning system worked perfectly, had one problem but it wasn't the A/C's fault it was a frog. Comment: A few weeks ago, our thermostat stopped working. We had AC Warehouse come out and they destroy the system and report that it's a defrost control board and wiring. Unfortunately, there were several things that happened that made us believe they were not equipped to do the work. We called another AC repair team out and they replaced the board but said that AC Warehouse cut the harness line and installed two additional transformers than what was needed. They replaced the defrost board but said they can't make the heater work and currently have the A/C hardwired only with the only outcome being the option for a new unit, which was installed in 2013. I'm troubled by the fact that the a/c unit could work and they said it was just a thermostat problem and now it's an entire new system. I'm struggling with why if its a wiring problem I need a new unit? Couldn't the wiring issue be fixed?
