Being that it was going to be about 17 degrees that night the technician left us with two space heaters to hold us over until we could get the furnace replaced. Two days later a crew came out to install the new furnace. These guys were excellent, one of the best crews that I have ever worked with leaving me with a great deal of confidence that the job was done right. From the initial call, the receptionist, the dispatcher, the technician, and the installation crew left me extremely pleased that I made the call to Aquarius and plan to use them in the future."

"This company has treated me well, especially Mike Museus, who worked over a year (last summer and this spring) to find out why there was a fluid leak in my new AC unit. The leak didn't affect the cooling of my home so I wasn't concerned, but Mike was persistent, even to returning finally with an "expert" to help diagnose the problem. What they found was that the A-coil above the furnace was full of tiny pinholes. On the day this was to be replaced, Steve came before 9 a.m. to remove the defective A-Coil and install the new one. He worked on it all day, without lunch or a break, leaving shortly after 5 p.m. There was no charge, as it was still under warranty. With all that, he still took the time to explain to me why the replacement was so important: that the defective A-Coil could eventually leak enough to damage the furnace below it. Because he was using solder, I believe, to install the new part, he turned on the ceiling fan in the adjacent room to mitigate the fumes. My only complaint is that a few of my vinyl floor tiles were damaged/discolored by the soldering process. That part of the flooring has had water damage before and is missing a few tiles so, after a day of hard work, he may have attributed the damage to work done before. It's not a big deal; I just wish he'd have said something. I have to hand it to Steve, though; he was working by himself, which frequently required him to leave the furnace area to check the outdoor AC unit, then rush back to the indoor work. I think it might have been a two-person job. At least, an assistant could have facilitated some of the work done."

"It is always so nice to come home to a clean house after a long day at work.  Especially when I didn't have to clean it.  I like that I can communicate with them via text or email.  My dogs really like them.  When I get home they always leave a card behind.  They are friendly and helpful.  I was nervous about hiring someone because we are not clean or neat people.  So I sucked it up and got over the embarrassment and I'm so glad I did.  They put me at ease from the first appointment.

"Service couldn't have been better.  Mike (I think his name was) was very professional.  He arrived while my wife was home and uninstalled the old water softener, installed a new water softener ($480), and connected the water line to the freezer's ice maker ($100).

"After getting a bid from Cady this summer, I hired them to do some work on my house (clean gutters, install gutter covers I'd purchased and fix a piece of siding). I hadn't hired another company and was starting to wonder if I'd find one before winter, so I agreed to hire them. Two workers showed up as promised on September 21. They did a great job and were knowledgeable and personable. My husband and I were very happy with the work, and we would hire them again.
