"Things went great. I called to check out about getting them to come out to replace my outdoor faucet and they told me they could come out the same day. I wasn't expecting that but it was great. They came out, took a look at things and knew exactly what needed to be done. I already had an idea because my father had taken a look but it was more than he wanted to get into. So, the gentleman explained what he would need to do and also asked if I wanted to have a secondary part of it fixed (no shut-off valve, which should be installed for an external faucet) of which I said yes because I had already wanted to have that done. They were done within about an hour max. From the time I called to them coming out it was no more than 2-3 hours. Super friendly and professional. I was so impressed I came on here to write a review."

There was a mix up on the location for the services but it was not their fault. After discovering the error they were at the correct location within 1/2 hour.

They cleaned the vent and actually went beyond and above what was expected. The tech cleaned around the dryer, removed the back cover and vacuumed the inside of the rear of the dryer. They then corrected a few issues that created a fire hazard.

I would highly recommend them, you don't find many companies that provide such good service!

He will even take the time to teach you how to avoid scammers and other malicious things like viruses, which most computer technicians won't do. I recently purchased his monthly maintenance services. Every month he checks out my computer via the Internet and scans for anything malicious and looks at the overall function, and now I can rest easier knowing that Jim is watching over my computer's health. In today's world, you may feel like there is no one you can trust with your computer, your data, your personal financial info, or even your identity, but Jim is one person that you can indeed trust.

"I was very impressed with the customer service provided by Tara at RPB HVAC. She called me soon after I placed my request on Home Advisor and walked me through everything and was also available after typical business hours. This was great since I'm typically not out of work until after 5:30 pm. She communicated with me every step of the way, either by e-mail or phone, and explained the costs before any work. I think we spoke on a Wednesday and they were out on Friday morning (due to my tenants' preference) and had already replaced the aging water heater by Saturday morning. "From the moment I was contacted, Bryan coordinated everything from the office in a seamless fashion. The entire meeting, quoting and deciding on a system process was not stressful and thankfully uneventful. When we decided on Bowman and a system, they were ready to install within a few days.
