"They did a good job of installing the openers and explaining their features and how to set up all the proper codes. There was a small problem with the installation where one of the brackets was pinching an electrical wire and causing it to short out. But after we had an electrician out to figure out the problem, T&C agreed it was a mistake and paid the electrician's invoice. Everyone we deal with was very friendly."

He assured me that the garage is sound and that the door is safe to use. He even explained what problems might develop, probably wouldn't, and what to do, in case they did. When, and if, I am able to take care of the problems, I will get that new door. It will come from Precision Garage Door."

We contacted four vendors (two of whom we had used before).  Our install was a bit tricky, and some companies would not even quote the job.  Mike was the most responsive, and gave us the most options.  I researched third party reviews on the product lines he proposed.  All seemed to have good reviews.  This is really hard to find in either windows or sliding doors!  During the sales process he was informative and presented several options, but absolutely no high pressure.  So easy and pleasant to work with. The installer was very professional and really knew what he was doing. 

We are very pleased with both the quality of the door and the installation.  We would not hesitate to use Mike again
