They insisted on sending a sales rep in person so we could get an accurate quote. We trusted that. Big mistake. After agreeing to the price, they demanded full payment upfront before even ordering the carpet ? which should have been our first clue that this company operates on red flags. Then installation day arrives: 12/22/2025, a date they promised so our home would be ready before Christmas with family visiting. The installers walk in and immediately hit us with, ?Oh, by the way, you owe another $350 because the salesman miscounted seams.? "Mario, the technician, seemed very nice and knowledgeable The $49 quoted trip charge turned into a $220 diagnostic charge not including any service. He wasn’t sure why water was appearing on the floor, but felt it may be due to some clogging of a PVC drain tube. He said it was not possible to simply clean it out, but it should be replaced at a cost of another $250 (for a pipe?). We declined. We subsequently had another repairman come in who said there is no problem cleaning the tube and did so. The material clogging the pipe is shown in the photo."
